Jorge and his crew are knowledgeable, experienced and affordable! My cars check engine light was on and they were quick to offer the solution necessary and were very skillful at repairing the issue! The attention and urgency to help me fix my car is very much appreciated, if I could give them 10 stars I would!!! I highly recommend Joar Mechanic Shop. Everybody was friendly and helpful. I went to a lot of shops and by far these guys were the most upfront honest and nice out of anyone near by. I recently took my Porsche to Joar's Mechanic Shop, and I must say, this place is phenomenal! Steven, the skilled technician who worked on my car, did an exceptional job. Though it was routine maintenance, the quality of service was top-notch. Here’s a breakdown of the excellent service I received: Purchased Parts: I brought all my own parts from FCP Euro. They accommodated my requests without any hassle. Breaks, Rotor Discs, 10L of Liqui Molly Transmission Fluid, Transmission Filter. (Afterwards they gave me all the spare parts and anything they didn't use or need to use like the left over transmission fluid so that I can use it later other shops would've just kept the fluid and lied saying they used it all) Brake and Rotor Replacement: They replaced the brakes and rotors on all four tires, both front and back, with precision. Transmission Maintenance: Steven also replaced my transmission filter and fluid, using high-quality Liqui Moly products. Excellent choice! Customer Service: The service was outstanding. Everyone in the shop was incredibly nice, and they honored their pricing without any hidden fees or surprises. And here's the best part – the owner's commitment to customer satisfaction! After dropping my car off, the owner personally drove me to work, saving me the trouble of calling an Uber. I also sent my FCP Euro cart of the parts I was purchasing to steven and he checked to make sure that they were all correct and that they would fit my car before I even bought them If you own a German car like my Porsche and need reliable and skilled mechanics, Joar's Mechanic Shop is the place to go. Their expertise in handling European cars is unmatched, and I am confident they can tackle any auto repair work you throw at them.
