Not only did they replace my husband’s windshield quickly, but they also walked us through the entire insurance process, explained our options clearly, and made sure we understood exactly what we needed. Getting scheduled was fast and easy, and what could have been a stressful situation turned out to be smooth, fun, and surprisingly enjoyable. Excellent and fast service however the rain repellent that was put on windshield has a film type residue. The service was excellent and fast but it would’ve been great to ask me before the rain repellent was applied to my 2025 Lexus I would’ve opted out. Update: Vince Culp contacted me and personally apologized. Not only did he apologize to me but he came to my job and wiped the rain repellent off of my windows and wipers. He also wiped the inside of my window that was foggy (completely unrelated to the service I received) he was so nice and respectful to me. I would recommend him and Cascade Auto Glass to anyone! Thanks for going out of your way to make me happy

Vince and Dustin replaced my windshield in under 30 minutes and were extremely professional and helpful. My previous windshield was leaking water through the dash into the floorboard and they even vacuumed up the excess water free of charge. Shelby was very helpful as well and was quick to make phone calls for me. I’d recommend these guys over any other auto glass shop.
