I stopped to you use restroom and get coffee walked pass the mens restroom and the odor was so strong you could smell it in the hallway. when I went to counter to pay for my coffee told the cashier of the strong smell

Gas prices are often a bit higher than stations "in town." However, their pizzas are the best. They have a great variety and almost always have a veg option.

I am appreciating their food more and more since Covid-19 has cut down on me going to out to restaurants. Their Supreme Pizza is delicious! I just recently had their Buffalo Wings, and was impressed. Then I tried the bread sticks because they had a combo special, and they were great! I will be ordering from them on a regular basis. They have become my favorite pizza joint in Story City!

I was pretty much pushed out of this employees way so she could get her own personal Coffee No Excuse me or pardon me. put her arm infront of my face to Grab her cream. I think that is rude she should clean something that Store is Nasty Dirty, My Coffee was good hence 2 stars

Service was quick and friendly, I was greeted with a smile as I entered. Bathrooms were in terrible condition, running faucet, out of order urinal, gross toilet (unflushed). Ice cream machine was down, which was disappointing as I was enticed by the sign out front. Aside from the restrooms, everything looked clean.

Went to gas pump and bought a car wash today. Went back to wash my car and it was blocked off and closed. I called the store and the woman that answered said oh someone forget to shut off the car wash option, but it was good for 30 days. I said that's inconvenient and this woman, without even an apology, hung up without another word. How rude! I give this place less than zero if possible.

Just be aware that all of their super unleaded gas is E15 or 15% ethanol that is not ok to use in certain engines.

Went here to use the restroom. It was not clean and the toilet pipe was very wobbly. Toilet would barely flush. There is only one bathroom stall in women's and men's restroom. Would recommend a different location if you need to go to the restroom.

Most times employees are very helpful and caring but today my family and I ordered pizza, and the store manager when we had called to let them know that the pizza was extremely doughy had said, "do you want to bring it back up or do you want to throw it in your oven?" Ok, so number 1 if I had told anyone that where I worked I would have gotten a write up, number 2 there was no apology or any comment about making it right.. my family and I are very disappointed we had gotten treated like this and to be honest it makes me not want to ever go to this one again let alone order their food!

My fiancé and I just came to this location on our way to Dubuque and I just have to say 10/10. They had an incredibly disrespectful man who was worried about a refund for $10 from the car wash. He was sitting there for a couple minutes yelling and being very dramatic. The employees don’t deserve that so good for them for handling everything and still taking care of other customers! The girl ringing us out definitely deserves a raise

I cannot understand why someone working in a service type employment would not be friendly to customers who support that business. Logan was not rude but ignored me as he was discussing rollercoasters with his fellow employee. A simple "hello" goes a long way in creating a place I would want to give my business to.

Very dirty and run down. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, employees are just standing around rather than cleaning, and they were not the most approachable people. I do not recommend stopping here at all especially when there are nicer gas stations down the road.

Their rewards prices are different than the caseys app - odd. Gas prices are way higher than other areas. Service is meh. This used to be the best caseys, not so much anymore. This is why i go to kwik trip. KT is consistent across all the stores.

Bathrooms were disgusting. We stopped on Friday on our way to Wisconsin and they were very dirty and covered in feces. Stopped back through on Monday and they looked exactly the same. Dirtiest Casey’s we have ever been in.
