I was not happy. They did as little as possible for me and then things went wrong. They put brakes and rotors rear on my truck when I left the rear brake caught on fire. They then cut my emergency brake lines and blamed it on me when I never even used the emergency brakes but it is common practice for a garage to use it when they're working on a vehicle . I'll never go there again and I will recommend everybody else not go there.

Carl at Caseys does not stand behind his work and does a poor quality job. Have had a couple small repairs done at this shop and each time have had to return to get it refixed because the work wasnt done properly 1st time. Recently the window mechanism went out which Caseys repaired a couple years ago on a vehicle that is used approx 1-2 times per month. Carl would not allow me to come in for several days, when i said the car isnt garaged and there is bad weather coming... he said it "wasnt his problem and he didnt care find a place to put it ." Told him i was upset and Carl was extremely rude back. Brought the car at a different date and Carl refused to look at what the problem was and said find somewhere to get it worked on. Based on other reviews you can tell this is a crummy auto shop.

All I got to say is everyone there is amazing!! Our jeep had a death wobble, which we had trouble finding anyone who knew anything about it. But Carl knew what it needed. He worked hard until he fixed the issue. I recommend them to everyone!! Gonna call them for all our vehicles needs!!

I took my car in to have the rear brakes checked due to a gritty rubbing noise and infrequent squeal. Casey's called me to let me know it was dust in the rear brakes and my front brakes needed replacing with rotors. I need to be safe so I had them fix it and asked to save the old parts. Three days later my rear brakes are making the same noise and I took the old parts to a different mechanic and he said it wasn't necessary for the front brakes or rotors to be replaced. The people at Casey's are polite but I feel cheated, I spent $400 for an unnecessary job and still need my initial problem fixed.

* Angry and aggressive man! I had a lady buying a car from me. She wanted to take it to this shop. (This is the Casey's on Johnson Drive that used to be Caseys Sinclair and was taken over by the Casey's on Beverly). I had no problem with that. They put it on the rack and he noticed a leak coming from the transmission, that one tire was older than the others and some other lesser issues. He would not allow me in to look at my own car and have a reasonable discussion with him and the buyer (the car was under 2K) and negotiable. He was extremely rude bordering on hostile. Turns out that there was a loose nut on the transmission case. Easy fix. I would never go to this shop!

It took 32 years but I found an auto place that I trust. It honestly makes me want to cry to know that these guys just give a damn about your experience, they tell the truth about what you need and they are more than fair priced. It has always been the most negative experience to have to take my car in. On a whim, I followed the suggestion of a friend to come to Casey’s and I couldn’t be more happy. It doesn’t matter if they’re not nearby, bring your business here. I promise it’ll be worth the drive. Honest guys are here.

Some of these bad reviews are shocking to me. I have to wonder if competitors are leaving false reviews. I've been to both locations and both owners are incredibly kind and honest. I own two older cars, so I take them in for diagnosis all the time. They always diagnose at no cost and give me honest feedback about whether it's worth the cost to fix certain problems. They always tell me if the problem is a safety concern or just a convenience issues, and it saves me a lot of money because I can pass on the convenience issues.

This place is extremely overpriced. Took in my fiance's car because the check engine light came on and she said her car was shaking. After running a $130 diagnostics check (that took about 15 minutes), they quoted an ignition coil and spark plug replacement at $400 of labor for a task that takes 30 minutes and can be done by anybody with a wrench. Do yourself a favor and avoid this joke of a business.

A YEAR AGO… My Honda Civic needed a new starter so I took my car here using their drop off service. When they called me, they quoted me $600 to replace it!!! I have many mechanic friends so when I asked if this was reasonable, they assured me it was wayyyyy too high. I know they thought I was just another girl they could rip off and so I picked up my car (after paying a ridiculous diagnostic fee) and took it to shahs off Shawnee mission pkwy and BROUGHT MY OWN STARTER FOR $75. There he replaced it for $125. Go to shahs for quality work and nice customer service!

Casey's Auto repair is a great place for auto work. The mechanics are knowledgeable, friendly, and conduct themselves honestly. I went in on a Friday at 3pm with cracked power steering hoses and was out by 4:50pm the same day. The price was fair to a little high, but the speed of service was worth it. A+ recommended

The best Auto Repair place I've ever been to! I always recommend Casey's Auto to everyone I know. Their staff and owners are the best! They listen to what is going on, and let you know what is best for your car. I love both locations because they are close to every thing you might need while you wait. It doesn't take them long, that's what I appreciate the most. They really do get to know you as more than a customer, as a friend. It's great!

The only mechanic I've used for the past 15 years. Always honest and fair, Casey's has a great reputation and is trusted with the fleets of local municipalities for a reason. Friends with vehicles making multiple trips to other shops with difficult to diagnose issues have gotten them taken care of with one trip to Casey's and left with an understanding of what the problem was. As long as Casey's is open I'll never go to a different shop.

worked on transmission problems- Carl is so professional and the actual bill came in under what was quoted. Have been using Caseys for years and have referred many to him. Everyone is extremely happy with price, service, and overall experience. This is truely an excellent place for all car issues. Very trustworthy and great at honoring warranty.

I will recommend Casey's any chance I get! What we paid after labor and taxes to have major repairs done is what we were *quoted* for parts alone at other places. They were able to get us in right away, they were quick and efficient, and our money pit of a van hasn't had issues since (which hasn't happened in a very long time!). They didn't see me (a woman) and try to over sell or rip me off. Their pricing was extremely fair, they were kind, and very efficient. So thankful for their business!

I towed my car to his shop and he worked on my car that same day. He fixed my brakes and a tie rod for a good price. My engine problems came back so I took it back up there and he looked at the engine. Carl who owns the company told me to take the car to the dealership because the engine could be under warranty. Took the car to the dealership and the engine was under full warranty. I was so appreciative of his honesty and not just trying to take my money, but actually look out for my best interest and get the car fixed. Carl has made me a customer for life and I will always refer people to him as well. Plus I always like supporting a family owned business in town.

It is hard to find a trustworthy auto shop that I feel comfortable with. I am lucky to have found Casey's Auto Repair. The team there replaced my brakes and changed my oil. Carl also let me know that I would need new tires in the fall so I can plan for the expense now instead of being surprised by it later. Thank you!

This review is way overdue. I was in major need of a new auto mechanic. Never going back to the dealership or worse a national chain that changes the signed estimate and have to back 4 times in 4 days to fix a leak that should have been caught day 1. So I found a top 5 list of mechanics, liked what I read about Casey and so glad I called for the repair. The price was exactly what he said and even got my suv back earlier than excepted. Awesome, amazing customer service definitely a return customer. Highly recommend! #1

I have been very wary of auto shops, as in the past they always have tried to oversell services once you get an oil change, but that is not how Casey's does business. I asked them to check out my wife's brakes during an oil change, and they said they should be good for another year. They also do a lot of little things I ask. After her battery went bad (2017 Tahoe), the cruise control would not work. They told me that sometimes you just need to unhook the battery for 10 minutes. They did this, and now it works fine. Didn't charge for that. I also bring my 2017 Audi to them for service and have had no issues. Honest people with reasonable prices. Please give them a try!

Carl takes care of you like family. In fact, I heard him ask another customer about his wife, by name. Locally owned and operated, the definition of a family owned business. Old school, like a handwritten schedule book, but the work is the star. Quality work, reliably done, for reasonable prices. Carl and his team have you cover.

Five stars for Casey’s Auto! They took the time to explain everything about the brakes to my 18-year-old daughter and were incredibly honest throughout the process. They even assured her to bring it back if there were any issues. Her report? The car is driving like new! Thanks, Casey’s, for the excellent service and peace of mind!
