I came in here twice, the first time AOK service, fantastic. The second time some super shady thing. Brought my vehicle in to get electrical switch replaced. I'm mechanically inclined, check my vehicle over before turning over the keys. I have brand new tires, PSI check prior to drop off each tire 35 psi. After I picked up my vehicle noticed a hard pull to the right. My driver side front tire psi was up 5psi, and my passenger front side tire suddenly lost 15psi. Brand new tires, less than 100 miles on them. A not mechanically inclined person would think something was wrong with steering or alignment. This was purposefully done. I am super happy with the repairs I got, but never going back due to the sneaky way to get me to bring it back in for more un-needed repairs.

I have never been met with as much consideration and concern as was recently given by Carl Casey, the owner of Casey's Auto Repair in Mission. When my regular team at Roe Body Shop sold out over a year ago I began to have serious concerns with the new ownership. And then suddenly a couple of months ago the new guys closed their doors. It was probably the best thing that ever happened! A random problem with my car occurred a few weeks ago and it seemed like an easy fix, but NOPE far from it due to changes with the car through the years. Enter Casey's Auto Repair and owner Carl Casey, when I didn't know where else to go. Without going into great detail about the frustrations that accompanied this unusual car problem, I will say that this business owner went above and beyond to get to the bottom of it with a smile on his face and the faith and patience of JOB! Casey's is the definition of what 'going the extra mile' means ; and for not bleeding out your wallet in the process. Quality and A Conscience all the way. Not that I'm not sympathetic, but I did read that a couple reviewers stated they were shocked they weren't able to get their car that had a minor issue checked in immediately at Casey's and that they were met with someone at the front desk that seemed unconcerned. I would suggest that might happen because of a good thing actually.... that Casey's is a local company whose standards are above and beyond and know where they have to draw the line for handling any more business on that particular day. If you want you can choose from many places that will always take your car in immediately; but at the end of the day it doesn't mean your problem will be properly addressed. I have rambled AND my final point is that Casey's Auto Repair in Mission, KS deserves 10 STARS - if there were such a thing! **********

Great customer service. We dropped off the Jeep that wouldn’t turn over and it took him half a day to diagnose, order a part, and fix for a great price. They had lots of cars ahead of me and we’re upfront I would have to wait a day but called me 3 times with updates and didn’t change a price the day of. Explained everything. No runaround. No unnecessary upsells. Will be back (this Jeep is for sure going to need something else soon haha)

I would give no stars if I could. Today I was traveling home from a a doctors visit. I thought i heard my back wheel bearing go out. So.pulled off onto a side road. I seen the shop i pulled in all the way to the back. So i would not take no front row parking. I went to ask for adress. So i could get a tow truck to tow it to my mother in laws house and go from there. This guy steps out from the shop. I ask him for the adress so I can a boyfriend down here with a trailer or get a tow truck. He said no I can't look at it till next week. And he told me I had to get out of the parking lot. I'm not good at technology so I wasn't for sure how to look up an adress off of my location. But how rude couldn't even give me adress. You say your good business but can't help a person out with a simple adress or tell me where I'm at. Come on you can do better then that.

I will always recommend Casey’s Auto Repair to anyone in the area! Either location offers amazing and reputable services. Everyone who works there has integrity and I never felt like they’d try and “find” something wrong with my car to make more money. If you want excellent service and know your car is well taken care of, go to Casey’s!

It has been a long time since I've been to a service or retail establishment and had the kind of service that I experienced at Casey Brothers. I called on the phone to inquire about wait times for an oil change. The gentleman I spoke to assured me that they keep a bay open for oil changes at all times and it could be done in 20 minutes. I asked about bringing my own oil and filter and he replied that it was fine with him! No attitude, just courtesy. When I showed up, they remembered who I was from the phone call. Dropping the car off was painless and easy. When I returned to pick up my car, I was greeted by name and my car was pulled around. This was definitely my most satisfactory transaction in a long, long time. I generally change my own oil when time permits, but I will gladly utilize their services again.

In my opinion best auto place by far, all the mechanics are very helpful I dealt with Nick on many occasions during my trips there working on both my cars he's seems to be extremely knowledgeable & I have never had any issues with the work they have done, More importantly they don't blow smoke up your A@@ when it comes to pricing & actual work needing done, I cannot say the same for certain dealerships in the area. . Highly Highly recommend

I have no idea why I try anywhere else anymore. Two times Casey's has fixed other repair shops mistakes. The first place I tried was Perkins - always attempting to get a deal. They informed me it was dangerous to drive my Jeep due to the rear differential. I let them "fix it" for $300. Their fix was actually not a fix. No oil was added and nothing was changed - my rear diff eventually went out. Casey's was able to fix it and show what happened - so I was able to get a refund from Perkins for not doing their job - I never would have been able to do this without Casey's inspection. Recently, I tried Boulevard Tire and Services - close to work and good reviews. I figured I would go to work, car would be fixed, all would be well. My transmission was leaking - brought it in, they said it was just wires being out, they pushed them back in and charged me $57. Transmission still leaking, brought it back. They said it was actually a gasket - "replaced" gasket, charged me $157. Weeks later, still leaking, I called and they told me that it was normal for it to leak and that the transmission fluid just needed to burn off. I brought it to Casey's and after an inspection it was found that there was NO GASKET there, they just siliconed around the area where a gasket should have been. Instead of charging me, Casey's said to try and bring it back first so I wouldn't have to double pay. Casey's would have caught the issue the first time and charged $130 - now I'm over $200 in and the lack of a fix could have ended much worse if not for Casey's. I will never go to any other repair shop. They do their due diligence - charge similar or less prices in most cases. They are easy to work with and call before making the repair to go over (in detail) all the findings with you. They are by far the most friendly, trustworthy, and best repair shop I have found. Thank you Casey's!

This is where we’ve taken every car we’ve owned for the last 12 years. Honest, fair, reliable guys and Carl Casey is a great business leader and involved in the community. They always donate to our (and other) school auctions.

We came to Casey’s with (what Burnett’s Automotive had diagnosed as) a dead engine. Casey’s came highly recommended and for good reason. They even said, on my first call when I asked for a second opinion, “it doesn’t sound right” that our 2009 Nissan Rogue would need engine replacement at 140k miles… and they were right. They found the air conditioner compressor had seized up and was preventing the engine from turning over… hmm new compressor or new engine… which would you prefer? Thanks Casey’s for getting us back on the road (and the air conditioning is awesome too!). Honest, fair price and great to work with.

I just moved to Mission and needed a shop that was close by. My girlfriend previously came here and had what she thought was an issue. They let her know she didn’t need new parts that she thought she did and didn’t charge her anything, so that made me try Casey’s out. My one experience was very positive. They were able to squeeze me in the same week I called and took care of me for a fair price. I had brake pads and rotors replaced, transmission fluid service, oil changed, and tires rotated. My car is running smoother (and definitely quieter since my brakes were thin and squeaky) than before. I’ll be back here for sure.

New to the area and was referred to this place by a friend and I’m so glad to have found them. Being a female senior citizen, I worry about being taken advantage of, but they have been absolutely professional, with excellent customer service and have never done work on my car that was not needed (I know very little about automobiles) waiting room was extremely clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Nick was great to work with. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my wheel bearing and didn’t try to upsell me on anything else. It was a little more expensive and probably isn’t the cheapest option in town, but you get what you pay for, and ultimately im happy with the fact that I got my car running smoothly.

We've been going to Casey's with our vehicles for almost 10 years now and have always had top notch service. While, not close to our home, we make the drive because we trust the team there. Yesterday morning, on my way to work, my vehicle died on the side of the road and needed to be towed. The tow company took my car directly to Casey's and by noon, they had installed a new alternator, spark plugs and wiring and I was back in business. Amazing, fast, honest and awesome!

This occurred a while ago. I brought my truck in to get some work quoted and completed. Specifically a part that I knew was needing to be replaced. Spoke to the staff and they instantly turned my business away without a quote or even a look at my truck then told me to take it to a dealership. What kind of business turns away cash for something that could have been scheduled and completed at a later date. Anyways I have since purchased a brand new truck and will never return to this place for anything.

I'm so glad a coworker recommend this place to me! We both didn't like the advice and prices given for repair at other places. We took them here for a second opinion, which resulted in a better repair plan and price. We've brought our cars here ever since! (been 6 years so far?) Honest, reliable, and fair. Trustworthy!

I have been going to Casey's Auto Repair On The Drive for 12 years. They are the ONLY people who have worked on my car, and they know it inside and out. The thing that makes Casey's different is their honesty. Casey's works hard to find the most economical replacement for anything you need. They don't go straight to the dealership and charge you crazy amounts. Using their resources, they have saved me so much money, and instead of telling me that I need extra repairs on the spot, they always tell me when I really need to make them by so I can budget for the work. Plus, the facility is always clean, in the waiting area, the shop, the parking lot. Nick, the manager, and Harley are two of the finest people I know.
