Over the weekend my car had a flat tire as I was pulling out of the driveway. I called them up since they are now the closest tire shop to me and they told me a couple of options. One of them is if the puncture is not bad and it’s towards the center of the tire they could repair it. I brought it over there about an hour and a half before they were to close, And they were able to repair it. The whole staff was great, especially the lady who I talk to and took care of me. When it comes time to get new tires on my car, I will definitely be coming back there.

went to cassidy for a wheel alignment on Friday, they had my truck up in the air and back to me within the hour. They told me what i need to repair/replace before I can get the alignment, and didn't charge me anything for that situation. so I fixed what i needed to, went back to cassidy tire best one . I'M so bad with names , but the very kind receptionist/cashier was dedicated to helping me. Once again they didn't take long at all and the price was very affordable. They showed me the before and after of my alignment and very explanatory. I will continue to bring my business to cassidy Tire Best One. Thank you.

We were in town for the weekend picking up a RV that we just purchased. We noticed it had dry rot on one tire and a flat on the other. We only had one day to find a place that carried a certain tire size. Called several shops and nobody had the tire in stock. Luckily we found Cassidy Tire especially since we are staying in Jolleitt for the weekend. Called them on Satursay at 11am. Said they closed at 12:30pm so we rushed over there and WOW cant even give them enough appreciation. They ended up replacing 4 tires and even stayed over to get the job done!!! We feel so much better since we are driving the RV back to St. Louis. Thank you guys so much for the excellent customer service and great tire prices!!! Highly recommend Cassidy Tires!!!
