Do not go here because they will Break stuff and over charge you. they put dye in the ac and we said not to and there most likely not asi certified mechanics do not go here they charged me $160 for nothing

Been using kji for around a decade now, they've always done great work, most of all they are always honest and willing to work with you which is pretty important now a days. Definitely a good place to start for basically any of your automotive needs.

They are thieves will mess up your car never go there. They will still the parts from your car. Just remember god don't like ugly. I wish other people knew about them. I wish new about cars I would have never went to them. If you are a woman never go by yourself unless you know about cars. They will take advantage of you.

I've known Pat for many years. If you want an honest mechanic that does good work this is your guy. The only other employees are his son and his sons wife. So you always know what your getting. No random wrencher is going to do poor work. My go to mechanics.

Alternator died and left us stranded on I-55. We got towed to a nearby hotel. Our tow driver,Dusti, suggested we go to KJI Auto Repair. I called this morning and was told to bring the car in, they could get to it today. Got there around noon and was back at the hotel with a new alternator and recharged battery. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I use a family owned business back home and was happy to find a similar location. Very upfront on cost and within pennies of the estimate. If you ever find yourself stranded near Joliet, or even if you are in the area, this is a great little shop. Thank you all very much!

If I could give it no stars I would, this place is a rip off I went there to get my brakes done, my coolant was leaking and the antifreeze, the first time I went there I should have left right out the way it looks , but any way the first time he had my truck for like 2 weeks, he told me my truck was ready i went there paid and hot the keys, the inside of my truck was cover in mud ( the seats , the floor, the roof, dashboard) everything, and someone stole my money and all my bath and body works, , i started to drive home and the trck wouldnt pick up speed its just to much for me to type i have brought my truck back and forth up there 3 times , i have spent over $2000 for my truck not to work , now the check engine light is on , the battery light, and breakes, I wish I would have went threw all the reviews that people left and i wouldn't have took my truck there now im out of my money and a working truck to get to work thank you kjl!!!!
