Amazing shop and so grateful to have discovered it. I had mechanical problems at my 2020 Cascadia Dmitrii went out of his way to make sure everything was done the right way and in a timely manner. This shop is reasonably priced for their quality work, honest, and will make sure it’s done right. Highly recommend this shop. They are new and doing discounts , I will come back again !👍

I brought my truck to this place for a king pin issue after speaking with the owner, Dimitri, who assured me he had the parts in stock. I even had to spend the night at a hotel, trusting that my truck would be in good hands. However, when I returned the next day, my truck was still parked in the same spot. Dimitri then told me that it would be ready by 3 PM. I tried to check in on the status of the repairs, only to find out that he didn’t actually have the parts needed to fix my truck. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after being led to believe that everything was under control. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the misinformation provided. I left feeling angry and let down. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable service.

Brought my husband’s truck in because the differential broke and the suspension was worn out. The team quickly found the problem, explained everything clearly, and got to work right away. Husband was looking for a good and reliable Truck Repair Shop while we were out of town, and we found one! Hard to find places that are reasonable with their pricing and provide top notch work in a short amount of time. these are the biggest fraudsters. I brought the truck in because of a problem with oil leaking from the transmission and they said that the gaskets needed to be replaced, that was the problem, they charged me $5100 and I waited for almost a month. I took the truck and immediately after 200 miles the same thing happened. I returned the truck and they said it was ok after 40 miles I went back to the service center and left it. they kept my truck for over 2 months, they took the money and didn't do anything. They won't return the money and they don't answer the phone or email. response for your coment believe that you should not be writing such false statements. I am responding only so that people can understand what this is about, and I will submit all evidence to the court. First of all, I have all the photos and the complete message history with your manager Vladan, which clearly shows that your claims about a holiday and that I brought the truck after New Year’s are not true. I never cursed anyone’s children. I spoke normally with him, and he acted as if he was on my side. He told me that I was right, that the owner refuses to answer the phone, and that you do not want to refund the money. He also said that he can’t wait to quit his job, but that he currently has no other option. However, based on your actions, it is clear that you are working together in this fraud. The truck was left at your shop on November 8 and picked up on January 5, and during that time it was returned three times because you failed to fix the issue (I have proof of this). I also have a complete report from an authorized service center confirming that the problem was not fixed and that you additionally damaged one part, which I will also submit to the court. If you give me permission, I can publicly post the entire conversation with Vladan here. You did not lose anything financially — you charged me $4,800 for labor and $300 for parts. respond am not fighting a war online — I am simply making sure people see what kind of service you provide so they can know in advance and avoid being scammed like I was. In your previous reply, you claimed it was not true that my truck stayed at your shop for that long. However, when I responded with evidence, you then wrote that you removed the transmission three times, which actually confirms that the transmission was never fixed (because you were unable to fix it). That is obvious. I paid to have the transmission repaired, not to receive store credit for your shop — a shop where I would not even bring a scooter anymore. You should be ashamed instead of writing misleading comments and trying to present yourselves as fair just because you did not charge again for something you never fixed in the first place.

I paid $5,000 for truck repairs, and this has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. They kept my truck for nearly two months and claimed to have repaired it three different times, yet the problem was never actually fixed. Because of their incompetence and delays, I lost two months of income, as I rely on this truck for work. Despite this, they took no responsibility and offered no refund, no compensation, and no real solution. Communication was poor, deadlines were constantly missed, and promises were not kept. This goes beyond bad service — it shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer’s time and money. I do not recommend this repair shop to anyone. If your vehicle and livelihood matter to you, take your business elsewhere.
