Well to start with, as soon as i arrived and i mean we had just pulled up didn’t even get out the car, they came out the building and waiting exactly outside the car, creepy. then once we made it inside and started speaking to mo or whatever his name is, and told him about the car we went to see, they didn’t even know what i was talking about. He sat down and told us to wait, he ran all the paper work, while we was waiting on the couches he came back and wanting more money for a down payment because he wasn’t going to make much and i told him no i’m sticking to what i said at first and he then proceeds to basically scream my credit score for everyone to hear. He then tells me that he can’t do the car that i originally wanted but he could do another one, so my fiancée and i test drove it and we liked it but then he tells us no he can’t do it for that down payment when he told me “Let me find you a car for that down payment” but as soon as he seen that i liked it, now he wants more of a down payment because he wouldn’t be making much of commission. Then when i said Nevermind thank you he says “well good luck trying to find somewhere where you’ll get a car” he was disrespectful and belittling me since the beginning. It was very unprofessional. to top it off, while driving the cars we were told they do erase codes so no lights are on before a person purchase them.

Syed Izhar claimed to be the finance manager and refused to negotiate more than $500 on a ten year old vehicle that had been on their lot for nearly a year. Refused to let me speak to his manager and was blatantly disrespectful. I would NOT recommend anyone work with this dealership and especially this individual. He was the most unprofessional person I have ever interacted with. Please heed my warning and eliminate this dealership from your options.

Be cautious is my recommendation. I wasn’t going to leave this review, I was going to go our separate ways and move forward but after receiving a text daily from Muhammad pestering me about this sale I want to share my experience for the next people. Izhar was fantastic. He got me any picture I could request. He sent many videos of the truck. He was prompt and courteous. He allowed me to set up an appointment for a 3rd party inspection and they shuttled the vehicle over there for me. I have absolutely no complaints about him as a salesman. I almost felt bad we couldn’t make a deal because he was so accommodating. After that is where my trouble occurred. The particular vehicle I was looking at needed about 3k worth of work. I politely declined with Izhar and that was the end of it with him. It is worth mentioning that the entire time I was dealing with Izhar I was receiving text from a different sales person who seemed to have no idea what was occurring. I explained to them I was already working with Izhar. I live 200 miles away and while they had the truck at its appointment for my inspections I was receiving text from who I believe was Mohammad about coming in for a test drive that day. That told me they were either out of touch with what was going on or they didn’t realize I was the same person and they were trying to sell it out from under me while I was paying $230 for an inspection. I lost trust at that point and doing a used car transaction sight unseen requires a lot of trust. The day after declining to purchase the truck with Izhar I told the salesman who kept texting me that I had already declined with Izhar. They proceeded to still text me to try to sell me this truck. As far as the vehicle in question, pay for a 3rd part inspection. My belief is they clean up auction vehicles and post them without much of an inspection. That in itself isn’t unheard of but I urge you to pay the money for an inspection and understand what the vehicle you’re looking at will need.
