Today I went to a service shop to replace the front tires and do an alignment. After the alignment, the steering wheel was pulling slightly to the left, even though all the adjustments were done properly. Iโve encountered this issue before at another service shop. But the mechanics here are real professionals โ they fixed the problem for me. I didnโt even know this could be done. They placed a specific-sized shim under the leaf spring, which eliminated the issue. (Iโm not a specialist, so I explained it the best I could โ donโt judge me :-))). I highly recommend this service โ the guys are very friendly and explain everything in detail. Thank you so much! Recommend

One of the shop that rudest , uneducated people working in the trucking business I have seen. He took the truck in then I walked in said truck pulls to the right but she didn't let me finish my words said it's your Airtek axle. Then he came in keep saying the same thing it's your Airtek axle. They said it will pull to the right even after the alignment because of Airtek. I was about to take the truck back of the shop if they are saying they are not able to fix it. i just sit down and wait them to finish it and she said truck pulls right back of safety . I said I heard it . She said all volvos doing that then she said all the trucks pulls right bc of the safety reason. They don't know how to talk listen a customer. How to explain the problem. I was there last Tuesday. But they straight out the wheels and truck doesn't pull to the right anymore

Done an alignment here on my Stinger car carrier, turned out to be done badly, drive tires started to wear right after it, Re-done the alignment in Cheyenne WY, issue fixed. Called them to try and work it out, they kept on saying that its not their fault and that tires started to wear because of U-turnsโฆ Very bad customer experience, I end up paying another Alignment and as well had to change my drive tires. Avoid at all costs, would not recommend!!!

Great shop! I came to them to do alignment on a trailer, because there was severe wear on the tires. The guys did everything in 15 minutes. I was there in October 2024, and I am writing my review in April 2025, specifically to check that the tires have stopped wearing out. During this time, I drove 50k miles and my tires are in excellent condition, no incorrect wear! See the photos. In my 7 years of working as an owner, this is the best place. I live in SC but I will only go to them for alignment.

This guys are really good. They give me advice to make a custom adjust , and itโs really work , my truck itโs go straight like new one.Very clean and nice place. Easy in and out, they have a big parking lot. I will return for sure. Hello again guys, I wont to make a quick update for this location. I really like how this guys treat the customers. Today I bring a new trailer for alignment after was here more than 5 months ago. I really can say, after 5 months going with custom adjust at my first axle, the truck is going straight no more going in right side, the tires are perfect and I will have it for more time for sure. I will bring here for sure my trucks and trailer for alignment.
