No point of setting up an appointment did it a week in advance and by the end of the day my vehicle was still not worked on. Was a simple rewarded job to the exhaust. Oh well will be taking it too another shop across town for a 1/3 of the price they quoted me anyway

Not honest Rich the owner broke up AC system in civic very easy to fix and charge me 1600 dollars and to fix again want 1100 dollars but I didn’t accept that

This place blows. I brought my car into mikes more miles today and now there’s an oil leak in my oil pan and there was no leaking I just paid for any leak to be repaired from another shop. (Which was way cheaper) Mikes quote super high. Every time I leave the place there’s something new wrong with the car. They try to upsell their customers every time. I stopped going to them for real repairs but I still went for a simple oil change because I live in walking distance. But not anymore. Their new management sucks. Bring back Pedro! Ryan and all the other guys there are despicable

I would definitely not go to this place I was there last week. I came in for a simple oil change and this guy drove my car out of the shop leaking oil because he forgot to install the drain plug. Unbelievable how they are still in business the owner has no clue as to what she is doing. I’ve had better service before until the recent management changes.

Last February, I brought my 2013 Ford F150 to have my brakes and rotors replaced. A few weeks ago, late April my brakes started to fail. At that time i had approximately 108k miles. However, from the first time I brought my vehicle in, someone wrote down 51k miles and I was told the warranty had expired due to all the miles driven. When I brought the truck back, it had approximately 111k miles. I said I am the original owner and there is no way possible I put 60k miles in that short of time as I am retired and just use the vehicle for general activities. No road trips just things like grocery shopping, doctor appointments and to the local golf course. Well the good news he believed me, and replaced everything with no charge! I was very pleased with the manager's decision! You have a repeat customer. Mlke

A fair rating, I think. The good- They got the job done. The service I got from the big guy(I'm not good with names)on a Friday is the saving factor. The bad- Lack of communication, possible dishonesty. They had me come back the following Monday for "a quick swap" of a part from the initial service. 2 cars ahead of me early that morning, I was advised to drop it off or bring it back at a specific time. I asked about the chances of it getting worked on, due to my own work schedule, and was told 20-30mins. It was not. *2.5 hrs and late to work.* Instead of being upfront with me, Oscar gave a snappy "You have to wait... They're bringing it around" when I asked after an hour if I should call a ride. Why give me an appt. time? Why not just say we're still packed, you might want to drop it off? Why not give me any updates as I'm there waiting, rather than give me false hope repeatedly, when I had to ask? Whatever happened that day is not the type of service that makes a recurring full-paying customer, who still has work recommended from their diagnosis, want to try that again. I understand staffing issues, time management, and customer service. Just communicate with transparency and respect. Thanks again for the service, but Mike's went from 👍 to 👎👎, unfortunately.

Horrible the sale team is horrible first they told it’s going to cost 175 dollars to fix my brakes after the warranty when I get there I get a 375 dollars bill. Then the sale rep inform Me that they broke one of my lug nuts on my tire and then told me that they can’t fix it . They just lost a 10 yrs plus customer . This place is not a gd place to go too anymore they are only there to rip People off . If I was you I won’t go there and spend ur Hard earn money .

Called Mike more miles and schedualed an appointment for a vehicle inspection on my used 2020 Ram 1500 bighorn I just purchased . The mechanic gave it a look over from top to bottom . Left there with a clean bill of mechanical health , buying someone elses vehicle can be questioning on its mechanical conditions and Mikes More Miles eased my worries . Wayne the service manager & Pedro the general manager were very welcoming from the start and throrough explaining and answering all my questions . I was impressed on how organized the shop looked and would not hesitate to give them my automotive concerns to repair any work I need done to my vehicle next time......definitly a 5 star business in my experiance today . Thanks guys you rock .

I dropped off my car first thing in the morning. I was the third person in line. I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and a tire sensor replaced. I called after 2 hours and was told they were topping off fluids. I returned to pick up my car 2 hours after that and the car still was not finished. The manager told me he was sorry and could get my car finished in 10 minutes and would replace my tire sensor for free. He did replace the sensor for free, but the sensor still does not work. I will not return to this location.

I literally come here all the time the guys on am shift are Really good but pm are bunch of cowards and frauds literally Intentionally messed up my sway bars and the brushing and tried to quote me for close to 1,000$ I am in the process of filing consumer fraud report with attorney general. Don’t come here it isn’t safe I literally only come for oil changes because that the only thing they can do right but now they are intentionally messing up people cars and overpricing them. Shame on them

Good oil change but if you like to wait this is your place. 930 appointment on the lift at 940 and finished at 1030. Should never take an hour for an oil change. Not to mention they have a generic tv channel on that’s absolutely boring and nothing to keep you busy. Shop is loud in the waiting room. Waiting room is uncomfortable with their seat layout basically on top of the person in front you.

What can I say about these guys? Professional and genuinely care about their customers. They communicate and do their best to make sure you are able to make informed decisions. I would go back in a heartbeat! They got my car repaired in the promised time and I felt I was fairly charged. Highly recommended!
