Yesterday Sept 26 2019 this auto shop was about to close when I called them, they gave me a reasonable time to come in and get rims/wheels from another car taken off and put on my car this process took over 2 hours from their closing time we had alittle complications with lug Nut sizes where I had to go buy some to fit my car, they waited patiently for me and the other person to get back and the job was done I highly recommend Anyone who’s looking to get anything done with their car to go to Castillo auto repair! I for sure left that place happy And a satisfied customer!!

My experience with Castillo's was amazing. I had just bought my car, less than two weeks later it starts acting up, so I brought it to Castillo's and right away they were on it. They let me know the next day just what the problem was and how much it was going to be to fix it. They let me pay half upfront and the other half after it was finished, and they kept me updated when a bolt broke and it would be a few more days before it was ready. The communication was very clear and everyone I spoke with was very kind and professional. Car problems are unfortunately inevitable so next time one of our cars are giving us trouble we will be coming back to Castillo's.

Man they are great! They were super polite and very helpful. My tie Rod broke and I had my car towed to them. I was worried that I wouldn’t have my car for a few days but they had it fixed within an hour and a half which was very impressive. This is my first time taking my car to a mechanic in Killeen and I can say that I know where I will be taking my car to for any repairs that’s needed. Thank y’all so much!

Best mechanic shop! Now a days, it is hard to trust a shop, especially when you go in to get one thing fixed and they give you back a list of 10 different items they recommend you do ASAP. This is a very honest and trustworthy shop. I don’t take my cars anywhere else although it is far from where I live.

Came here because I needed my tire plugged during a long trip. Within minutes of having pulled in the driveway they already had the wheel off my car and being dismounted from the rim. Very quick service, despite having multiple customers at the time that I arrived, they were quick in getting the tire changed and it did not seem to disrupt their ongoing services to other customers at all! Great communication and were also very patient in assisting us with payment. Great place and sweet people!!

These guys are the real deal. Honest and incredibly skilled mechanics who were upfront about the cost of everything. Prices are more then reasonable when compared to other mechanics and they will not try and charge more than what they are due for the amount of time for their skilled labor. They showed me what part they were putting in, the price of the part and why the total cost was what it was. The owner is incredibly reasonable and her husband oversees repairs as well. My Vehicle is a 2008 Toyota tundra as a reference.

Don’t trust this place or the owner specially if you are a female I took my car to him to get the rack and pinion replaced .I already knew that was the issue then he told me the power steering pump needed to be replaced as well when I had already replaced it not that long ago and he said and oil sensor to the motor needed to be replaced as well he said everything was going to be new and he was charging me 1,300 for parts and labor .And he also told me that for that price he can fix my ac and he didn’t at the end . But before he told me he couldn’t fix my ac I had told him to go head and work on it because I really needed my car fix and running so I took the chances and he took almost a week to fix it didn’t show me no receipts of the supposedly new part and when I get my car back I drove it from Harker Heights to Killeen and when I stop it started to smoke and spit out all the water.He was trying to get more money out of me but he didn’t realize that I noticed where he cut the hose so I could take it back to him . I call him like 5 times before he even answered the phone and I told him what happened he said if it was his previous job he can fix it but if it was something else he was going to charge me again to fix it .He was going to charge me to take the car back to his shop and probably lie about being something else maybe the water pump when he knew what he had done. The hose that is connected to the motor was cut .Again don’t trust this man. The picture shows where he cut the hose and if I would of took the car back to him he would’ve most likely told me something else was wrong with it to charge me more money .

I came in and spoke to Omar about replacing the struts on my 2010 Prius and he gave me a very good price for labor and just told me to buy the parts and come back to get them installed and man let me tell you this guy is good he already had the car ready to install within an hour and even though the parts I got from the store were wrong he was nice enough to take me back to the store and get the correct parts. He did everything right and I would love to give him more stars but I can't, it's really hard to find a mechanic this good now and days especially honest and fair. I promise you this shop will take care of you, they are honest people.
