RUN!!!! This is the worse company you can ever take your car to, YES they have some good reviews, Tammy front desk is the only person in that company that has any respect. Steve and Ben don’t care about anything but MONEY!! I took my 2018 Dodge Charger in for over heating issues possibly the thermostat on March 24th, also I asked for a QUOTE on a tune up. After they checked my car I did need a thermostat which I told them that maybe the issue, they fixed my car after having it for 2 days and then advised me on what ELSE needed to be fixed on the car (WHICH I DID NOT ASK THEM TO DO BUT THOUGHT WELL THAT WAS COURTEOUS) as follows: Remove & Replace Water Pump Remove & Replace Engine Oil Filter Adapter WYNNS COOLANT SYSTEM SERVICE (UNIVERAL) Brought my car back in on May 9th for they same issue OVERHEATING they checked the car again and confirmed the thermostat was the issues again it failed according to Phil’s front staff NOT TAMMY!! Next is what make this so disgusting due to the fact they DID NOT replace my water pump and the other recommended repairs that my thermostat they put on was NOT UNDER WARRANTY and they can’t fix it. BASICALLY I would have to pay again. So after having my car all day again that let me know this about 5pm YES I was in constant contact with them. Take my car to Nyle Maxwell May 10th to have them check why my car is overheating AGAIN. The results where my thermostat was leaking from the bottom, when they removed it, the thermostat housing unit screw hole at the bottom was STRIPPED and hence causing the leak which cause my car to overheat so not only do I need a new thermostat I also now need to replace the thermostat housing so when the thermostat itself it put in there won’t be any leaks the hole at the bottom of the housing won’t be STRIPPED. Called Phil’s and spoke to Ben and he exact words WE CAN TELL IF THATS TRUE SINCE SOMEONE ELSE TOOK OF THE THERMOSTAT!!! Sir I brought it back to you to look at since you put that part on and was they last to touch my car regarding that issue. Instead I was denied service and you did not value the part warranty again due to the fact I did NOT let you perform the recommended repairs. Now I’m out of the money I spent with your for repairs, and now have to pay to have someone else CORECT your mistake that your RAN from. It’s VERY HARD to support local businesses when this is their treatment! Did not know we are not free to shop around for what works best for US the customer. Be blessed!!

Sally is truly the best. Knowledgeable and honest, always willing to help answer any questions, and shows true compassion towards customers. i have never received such amazing treatment, developed sense of trust, or level of care from any shop i’ve been to and we all know how stressful car troubles can be on their own so it is appreciated immensely!! i had the same car problem for two years and got the same responses from every place i took it to but no one ever fixed it. I brought my car in at 1:30pm yesterday, received my diagnostics information via online which made it insanely easy, and received a call and text when my car was ready before 10:30am this morning. Not only was it a fast turnaround, but the customer service i received was truly the cherry on top! highly highly recommend.

This is the best car shop that I’ve ever been to. The customer service is outstanding. The ability to text makes life so much easier and being able to see everything that is wrong with your car and have the ability to accept or decline. Work through an app is phenomenal. I believe that this should be the standard for All mechanic shops. I bought a 2013 Chevy Impala for my daughter and I wanted it to be safe for her to drive when I gave it to her. They made sure that every important thing that need to be done got done and I felt like I was being prioritized. As long as I’m in Texas, this will be the only place I go to for any car work that needs to be done

Took my truck in to Phil's for the second time last week. The first time I took it in I was impressed that they called and told me they were able to return a part that I had already agreed to pay for because it turned out to be unnecessary. This time was just as pleasant of an experience. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle and came back with a comprehensive list of what needed to be done now and what I might want to do. They weren't pushy at all when I said I could get a better price on a specific repair by taking it to an exhaust place, and that two of the items I preferred to do myself. The work that I did authorize them to perform they did above and beyond the standard, in the window of time that they promised. Would use them again or recommend them in a heartbeat.

I came in for an alignment. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle, gave me a report, it came with a graph of what is urgent repair needed, what can wait, what is good. That was unexpected and much appreciated. I now know what my future services are. Back to my visit, in the report it had a video of my upper LF ball joint, it had play, they commented it had to be replaced or they would not be able to do the alignment. I approved the repair, got my truck the same day, took about 5 hours, and you can tell these mechanics are passionate about their work. Also shout out to the receptionist, she was very friendly and helpful. As far as pricing, I would say it’s reasonable. I don’t feel I got swindled, definitely recommend you come here first before anyone else.

These people are terrible with nasty attitudes and not honest and will take your money and not fix nothing. Believe what I'm saying They charged me $1300 and did not fix the issue for Ignition switch.And he's they kept my car for forty five days. I told them that my car needed to be ready today.Or I will get it told back home. They told me I needed a Ignition switch.They kept my car for 45 days and still did not get fixed.They told me that I needed to take my car to Volkswagen.To get the keys Program. Med, after charging me all that money, they should have been honest with me and told me that they could not fix it.They also gave me a new set of keys that did not even work.The locksmith had to record my key.And program it. An eight upsets me that I had to come out the pocket more money for the locksmith , when I paid them thirteen hundred dollars of my money. Am I?\nIgnition, where I put my key in is cracked.They didn't even try to seal it back together.They just left it as is. The manager there.His name is Joe.He's very rude, cocky and arrogant for no reason at all.I feel like if you're going to be cocky and arrogant.You need to make sure you do your job properly. These people suck don't waste your time with these people. They won't be in business long. They take advantage of good people.

I came here years before on another vehicle and came back because they were really professional. I can’t say the same for this visit. I bought my truck in at 830am for an exhaust issue. The manager was knowledgeable and professional. They were going to perform an inspection and being that it was a 2 hour wait they offered to drop me home. After 4 hours I called to check the progress they were finished (but no one called) and sent over the diagnostics not to include the quote. The findings were explained and he stated quote would be sent over. Another two hours passed no quote, no one came to pick me up as previously discussed, and now I’m late for work. I got a ride to shop but left my phone in the vehicle that drop me so I couldn’t unlock my card for the $70 payment for the inspection. I explained this to counter guy Mr Bob and asked to use the phone. I also asked that he go over the quote while I attempt to get in touch with driver. He got sarcastic for no reason so I responded that I am not being disrespectful so that comment wasn’t ok. He chuckled. As I’m realizing I don’t no many numbers by memory I again asked can he read quote while we were waiting because I’m in a time crunch Mr Bob just stared at computer screen like he didn’t hear me so I repeated myself he looked up and then continued back to his screen. The phone ring there were 2 desk phone I had the one cordless Mr Bob asked me for the phone back & left. The manager step in gave me my truck key to go get my phone I went came back and I returned 7 minutes later to process payment with Mr Bob. He asked me to pull up a link he just sent to my phone. I stated I can’t go over details by detail of the services I just needed the quote I already discuss diagnostic over the phone. He said go on and decline services so he can process payment. Payment process. Can I have the quote he said you declined services… I said Sir I just need the quote because it was very obvious this is his daily job so was clear on what I was asking. He said I’ll send it to you. I left and called 30 minutes later he said I’m with a customer. He never sent it. I called an hour later asked for management he gave me the price of 6k but no quote or price breakdown to show the justification for that price. After 6 hours, having to find a ride, being late for work, and the price ( none of which I complained about)…. I would say that at the least you can do is remain professional and send a quote . Mr Bob may need to be supervised or work in the back office if he chooses to be petty.
