On 4/20/24 during a somewhat windy, mostly rainy Sat. afternoon on my way to a play, a chair decided it was a good day to collide w/the left front side of my car. Argh! Physical and eMoTiOnAl damage. 🥴 Surprisingly, my hardy Honda was still driveable, thank goodness. I submitted a claim report and sent photos to my insurance co., USAA, via their mobile app that evening. The next business day, my claim was assigned to an analyst, and I was provided a list of in-network service/repair shops. Various Caliber Collision locations as well as a Buick Patriot location were within a decent radius. Encouraged by others' reviews, I contacted Caliber at the 5300 Centex Expy, Killeen location, and was given a drop-off appointment of 4/23/24, and was assigned to service coordinator, Lyderren, very nice man btw, who explained the estimate and repair process to include the lifetime warranty on the work to be done. My insurance coverage allows for a rental in the meantime - the receptionist arranged for a nearby Enterprise location to pick me up so that I could pick up the car I would use while I waited for mine to be repaired. Caliber kept me updated on progress via my requested methods. USAA kept me updated via my requested methods within their app. By 5/1/24, today, repairs are complete. Blue, my car, looks great! She drives as if she were new. I was given a print-out of the work done, shown the pictures of the repair process that they have to provide to USAA, and signed off that I was good to go. My portion of the cost was my deductible: $250. (out of a total cost of $46xx). She sustained more damage than just aesthetically. 😬 I totally recommend full coverage on paid off vehicle rather than liability because you never know when it may come in handy. Hopefully/ideally, you don't have to have reason for claims. I'm completely satisfied with the relative ease of the entire process from USAA, Caliber, and Enterprise. Thank you so much! 😁 *included pics of pre- and post-repairs

Service was terrible, unfinished repairs even after saying the vehicle was completed, repairs looked half assed. Employees weren't knowledgeable or seemed to care about customer satisfaction. The manager of the store had to work with me as their consultant for my vehicle repair was incompetent. Would not recommend for vehicle repairs and if done with them have another shop double check their work.

Armando was AWESOME!! My car was beaten up hard with large hail. Passenger side doors(both)had to be replaced along with a new hood, front grill parts, and roof damage. Everyone but the receptionist is amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was ready before my father’s funeral. The reception made very rude and passive aggressive comments towards me and other clients. I addressed what she said to me but that should never be the case. If a customer can pick between being treated nice or rude at a place we spend our money then customers will always choose to be treated nice and not rudely. Apparently the receptionist being rude is common knowledge because one of the workers asked if they could help me and when I told them they made a face and said yeah she gets like that. UM EXCUSE ME!! How does she still have a job!

Like most people I haven't had a collision until a Texas deer ran into my car. I heard Caliber did good work so I went with them. Boy, I am glad I did. Good work no excellent work yes! I never had to call to know the progress of my vehicle repair, they sent updated invoices if other items were found needing replacement and they were a pleasure to work with in person. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Harker Heights to anyone needing repairs. I am fussy when it comes to service and repairs and I only had smiles. Did I mention it was repaired ahead of the due date! When does that happen now days? Never it did here.
