Honest, reliable and ethically run business (something very hard to find these days). They don't try to upsell just for the sake of it, they know what they are doing and are always easy to talk to about your vehicle and what you would like , or need, to have done. I trust them with all my vehicles, including my pride and joy. I have worked around vehicles for many years and have experience, but sometimes don't have the energy or time to do my own work. Highly recommend.

I was able to get my struts and read coils done. Whole job was done in a day, the only thing was waiting for parts to come in but once they were in dropped my truck off Wednesday morning and was complete the very next day. Donnie is very honest and straight forward about getting what u need. Taking your vehicle here is a smart decision

Diesel RV needed fuel filter replacements and we were passing through with No Appointment…. They got us right in and out within an hour, cheaper than a dealer and far more convenient. They seemed very busy and the shop was full but they dropped everything to help us out, THIS is the type of service and business that America needs more of!

Eventhough every mechanic shop is backed up for days even weeks right now. They were fast super helpful knowledgeable and friendly to boot! Nice place inside can wait for your car or drop it and go some places I don't want to leave anything in my car when dropping it off but these guys here are great. And what a beautiful big bully baby dog they have to great you.

Paid after 1st attempt told all good to go. Failed to make electrical repairs after 2-3 visits. And they replaced factory fuse 30amp with 50amp stating problem might not be repairable.

Rude, rude, rude. I walk in. I immediately opened my phone so I could check the email because Carvana is sending me to this place and I wanted to give the man all my info I hear a voice over-the-counter saying “ma’am what do you need?”? And I say excuse me because his tone was very rude.he continues to say what do you need? What do you need? We are already closed.” I suggest they up their sign because it says closed at 5:30 and work on the customer service and I will be calling Carvana to complain.

Always great service and satisfaction at Caruthers! Donnie is an exceptional worker! The last tires they recommended and put on my truck lasted over 94,000 miles. I travel the country and this place literally has the best prices for quality tires I’ve found. Happy customer and definitely a loyal customer! Also, Beefy is great company while you wait.
