I WENT TO THE SHOP JUST YESTERDAY JULY 1, 2025 ABOUT 530PM AFTER WORK(I WORK AT THE LOCAL TEXAS WORKFORCE ON JASPER)....AND BOY WAS I VERY MUCH PLEASED WITH THE APPROCAH WHEN I PULLED UP AND THE PLEASANT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE ACCURATE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM BOTH OF THE GUYS THAT WERE THERE. I would not recommend this place. Did a tune up on my car. Broke three spark plugs installing them. One wasn't gapped properly. Took my car elsewhere to fix the problem they refused to check. When I took my car back the very next day expressing the work wasn't right. Argued with me, owner is just as bad as the non ase mechanics she employees. After taking the faulty parts back to them to show what the other shop found. They then told me I went and found the same brand and number of plugs the installed. To make it look like they did the job wrong. Refused to take responsibility for their own problems they created. Take your car anywhere but here. They are unprofessional, unskilled and won't take accountability. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!! The owner and her employees are horrible people. If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give them a zero I would. I highly recommend you not to come to this place. Went in to get a oil change they recommended a tuneup and said the water pump was leaking. We agreed to complete the recommended service Mind you the car was working great before they touched it. When these people were done with our car the car was shaking tremendously after 30 seconds of picking up the car. We CALLED THEM THE SAME DAY- contacted them right away and brought the car back THE NEXT. The work was under warranty they refuse to check their work and was very unprofessional and refuse to honor the warranty. We had someone else to check our car and they had to redo the awful work they done. The manager and the mechanics are horrible unprofessional and do not take responsibilities for there mess up. And they complain thats its too much work to check the service they done. They broke a few of the spark plugs when doing the tuneup and also broke a a vacuum whoes. I high suggest everyone to not go here for service not even a tuneup. BAD service! LACK ACCOUNTABILITY! LAZY! UNPROFESSIONAL! Dishonest and does bad work!

Just pulled in cuz I was having some issues with my car and thought an oil change might help a little bit. Not only did they change my oil and let me watch but they also took a look at it. Told me most likely was going on a decent estimate of how much it would cost to fix and also did a bit of cleanup to give me some time to get stuff together. Out of all the auto shops I've been to one of the best services that I've had.
