Honestly I’ve been going to this place since 2009. Lucky & Mr George is cool , and they get the job done. I have never went to them with the same issue after they have fixed it . Things that cost 2,000 plus is always under a 1,000. Mr George will even tell you the cheapest way to go so he won’t break your pockets . I had a 96 Izuzu trooper and lucky and George knew my truck like the back of my hand. 2015, I bought a 2014 Nissan Armada, 4 yrs later I had a bad oil leak.went to my dealership and they wanted 3,000, went to George & lucky I only paid 800.00 mr George said it wasn’t a bad leak I’ve seen worst . Now the only thing that they do ,that people might get upset is when you take your vehicle to get fixed just know everyone goes to them so you’ll be waiting for a while because they’re busy but you better believe your vehicle will be ready by 3pm because they close at 5pm. So anytime my truck gets worked on ,I’ll take a day off or find something to take up my time because they are backed up. FYI they now sale cars and trucks and will work with you ! Love y’all mr George & Lucky they are like family! CustomerOf8yrs❤️💯

Prices are lower than most but they give you false information. I took my dodge Durango here because the reviews said this was a decent place. Oh God were they wrong!!!! Took my truck at 9 am... He told me that he would have my car done by 11 or 12 no problem. That was BS!! I called around 11 to check on progress he said it would be done around 130. I said ok no problem. I waited till 2 I called a lady answered and said he was finishing up I asked how much longer she said not long at all like 30 mins I said ok. I went up there at 354pm my car was just getting put in the Air to be looked at. It was only 1 car in the garage when I dropped off my truck when I got there it was fully packed. I was lied to the whole time and for that I WILL NEVER GO BACK. All I needed was brakes and drums which I provided by choice! If you have all week and weekend I guest this would be perfect for u. Ended up needing a brake line as well but if they had been doing my car the whole time like they said they were I would of been knew I needed a brake line! Also it took them from 9 to 518.. Probably would of been till the next day if it wasn't for me coming up there to check!

We have been going to him for years. He is always helpful. There was a times when my van was making a noise and he notice the engine was missing a small hose. He cut one up for me and installed it. He didn't charge me anything.

My car had a minor leak and I brought it to this shop bc the owners of the dealership I purchased from used in his mechanic. I brought my car back like 3 times within a month and a half! The same leak every time even after they sealed it! I got so frustrated I traded the car in bc I didn’t trust it after bringing it in so many times! Ridiculous service and they do not update you about the progress of your vehicle.

Mr. Dunbar has always done right by me. Anytime I need work done, he takes care of my vehicle and if there is an issue he takes care of it. ALWAYS informs me as to what the issue is/was and the price for services rendered is second to none. Very professional and friendly

I was with him for years I was really disappointed in him when he stole my rims and tires they were not pay for yet not even 6 mouths old coast 1800 my daughter decided she didn't want the car anymore so I told him about the time I would be there for them and then when I was ready he told me he sold the car and. He also had the ones that came with the CAR period 🙄 but God blessed me to hold my head up high and do it the right way about the matter!

One of the most unprofessional places I've encountered in Killeen.. Accepted my car, knowing they had a full schedule and my car wouldn't be seen for months. Instead of saying that, they let my car sit in their unsecure lot for months with no update unless I called and checked up. Then every phone call was lie and procrastinating til the point I ended up getting my vehicle towed back to my house... Long story short I spent more in towing fees then they actually did any work. Horrible horrible experience

If possible I'd give him zero stars! I spent $1,200 on a car and it's been leaking ever since. Everytime I've taken it in, the car has NO gas, it's now shaking and rattling oh and it still leaks! The only good thing is that he's willing to fix it BUT Everytime I pick it up it's getting worse. I've asked for my money back and he's not willing to budge, which doesn't make any sense considering it's getting worse! I would NOT recommend him
