I normally don’t leave reviews, but this can’t be real. I was already 18k in the hole after buying my lovely 2006 Chevy Duramax LLY. I decided to take to Ashton Automotive. They were so polite and kind. Gave them the keys and gave them my concerns and that was that. I let them have their way. Told them take their time no rush etc… Well like 2 business days later I got a detailed breakdown of things wrong with my truck via text. Accepted all repairs! Well now I’m at 23k in hole with my truck, but this time. Ashton went above and beyond and got my truck running a million times better. I’ll tell you what! They’ve earned all my business, I’m getting my maintenances done there and everything else every single time. The reviews are real! This place is exactly what the reviews say. INCREDIBLY grateful to this amazing shop, wonderful owner, and COMPASSIONATE employees. Ashton automotive is one of those shops you feel good about trusting and supporting, knowing full well they will utilize their passion to help either solve your issues or point you in the right direction. They were able to help an incredibly annoying transmission issue with my Nissan GTR (the owner has one too!) and got me out the door in a matter of a DAY! I wish I could give higher than 5 stars. Not only was the customer service great but they got me taken care of almost immediately. I have a Tesla and really didn't want go make that hike to Austin. Someone in my neighborhood recommended ashton. I called, got my car towed in the next day. Had my baby back 48 hours driving better than ever! I can't say enough good things. Thank y'all so much!

Brought one of my cars to Ashton hoping he could clone the TCM after a valve body swap. He spent a lot of time and money on it, and when it turned out the only way to finish the job was through the Infiniti dealer, he was upfront and fair about it and didn’t try to charge for work he couldn’t complete. He specifically said, “It’s the way I’ve always done business, man. Not many cars I can’t get fixed—this was just a weird one.” That kind of honesty and professionalism is rare these days. Ashton was a life saver for me today. I’ve been dealing with no A/C for about 2 months now, and have been trying to figure it out myself since it went out. But I finally had to give in and take it to a shop for professional help. His prices were more than fair and he was able to diagnose, order parts, and install parts all within a working day. I couldn’t ask for better service, especially in this field of work, when it’s sometimes hard to trust mechanics. This place turned out to be really Awesome! They figured it out really quickly and was able to fix it in 4 hours for me. We took our granddaughter's Subaru Outback to Ashton on two separate occasions. The first time, most of the warning lights on the dash were flashing yellow and the brake light was a solid red. Turned out it was a bad wheel bearing on the passenger side that was sending bad information through a bad speed sensor. The mechanic diagnosed and fixed the problem the same day, no more warning lights. Works great. Next the window controls weren't working at all. Again, everything was fixed the same day with no issues. We had a cheap warranty we bought when purchasing the car, but it did not cover the wheel bearing. This time, Ashton called the warranty company and got them to cover about 40% of the cost of fixing the window controls. We have found Ashton to be quite dependable, courteous and trustworthy. When it comes to cost, they are on par with most shops, not cheap but not outrageous either. Certainly a lot cheaper than taking your car to the dealer!

What a Group of nice professional people, every since Discount Tire sent me over to their shop for lug repair I have been highly satisfied with the work. Paul and his team are genuine courteous professionals who go above and beyond when servicing your vehicles. Reasonable prices with honest diagnosis with straight forward recommendations for your vehicle. I take all my vehicles there now for oil changes or mechanical issues. What really set them apart, though, was the extra effort they put in. Not only was the repair done quickly and professionally, but they also cleaned my truck, topped off the washer fluid, and even left a personal thank-you note. Ashton recently replaced the heater core in my jeep wrangler. It requires removal of the dash. There were several issues with the wiring when reinstalling the dash. Went in to get an engine sensor checked on my 2009 Toyota Prius, and they did just that and also provided what they called a 4 point inspection which is great. They found a lose wheel bearing and brought that to my attention which I agreed to fix and they did a great job, however for the average customer looking for a good deal this is not it, they are very pricey and a repair would cost a considerable lump of money. I recommend if you are trying to save money look elsewhere, but if you aren't worried about costs and need professionals to get it done right then this is your place. Leaving pictures of my receipt for reference if it helps with your decision to choose this shop.

You MUST go here! I cannot recommend Ashton Automotive enough! 5 stars doesn't cover how pleased I am with the work. I had a brake making noise so I took it over there on a recommendation. Paul and his team were fantastic. Immediately took a look at my truck, saw that I had bad pads and arranged to get them fixed. I had a same-day turnaround on my truck, which I needed because I travel a lot and have no other transportation. The work was done right and my truck is back on the road. The brakes work perfectly with no noise or issues. PLEASE consider going here first for repairs!
