BEWARE: Wish I could write a good review but I got my car fixed last year. Replaced a whole part in my car cost me $800. Only for it to have the same problem a few days before the warranty ended. Mind you I only drove my car about 5,000 miles that whole year since I was pregnant. Called told them I wanted the manufacturer warranty for the part they told me I’m not on record even though I have receipt and proof of being there. But tried to get me to go in and let them see which isn’t free. Then not to mention they told me to pay have now half later upon the work being done to order the part gave me a price I payed half then the day the work got done they added and extra 80 bucks. I asked what for they said service fee I’m like shouldn’t that already be added even a customer started standing up for me.

I have been using Jiffy Lube for over 25 years. And there’s good reason for that in that I have never been disappointed. Today was no different. The guys are quick to get to work on your car, they’re always very courteous and polite and go out of their way to make you feel ant ease and comfortable with the service they are providing. I am totally impressed by the service I received today getting a Tuneup, Oil change and other work done to my car at a fair price and great service.Chris is AWESOME and explained everything to me before in detail and like I said him and the other mechanics are amazing.The Owner of the Shop is also awesome, he gave me a ride home while my SUV was being serviced and came back when it was done to take me back . Our tire caught a nail on the driver rear side after picking up my husband!! Smh wasn’t expecting it, went to Walmart because it happened early morning and they were opened first. Got there and there were already 3 cars ahead of us. The boy finally took our info, we waited about 15 minutes and my husband was getting anxious because he use to do tires so he’s familiar with how long it takes to do a patch. Called the next shop which was Kwik!! We left Walmart and pulled up to these guys!!! No wait, no line, just showed them our punctured tired and we were out in less than 15mins!!
