Excellent customer service! Everyone was very friendly and professional and they did an amazing job and it’s my car, they went above and beyond. This is my only vehicle and I need it to move around, they did their best to make sure my car was ready in time. They actually finish before the timeline. They communicated with me the whole time. Had hail damage repaired here. They replaced the hood. I used my power washers soap attachment to suds up the car, sponge wash it by hand with a car sponge, and use the white nozzle, least powerful nozzle to quickly rinse it down when done. This car was brand new. Taken in with under 2k miles on it. The hood chipped at 4k miles when I was washing it. None of the other front parts that were OEM factory have any issues. Just what ever less durable stuff they used on the replacement hood. I went in, they said warranty is still in place but no bubbles so it must have been an impact. Use a paint pen and just get over it. Idk what crap they painted the hood with but it's nowhere near what they used from the factory. I had left a review. Corporate said to email them. They made it seem like they'd do something. They forwarded my email to the local shop. A week later nothing. They keep acting like they care and they will do something but when it comes to follow through they leave you hanging. Wife has orders to Knox, we move next week. I tried my best to resolve this before we moved. Lesson learned. Pay attention to how they repair the vehicle, take a look at the fine print of the warranty, and know these guys will weasel out of any help even if they give the good 'ol helpful ma and pa kind of feel, which they really did. Every encounter left me feeling quite hopeful that they'd do something but in the end, I was left pounding sand

Honestly I was gonna leave a bad review because I always use y'all for my needs when it comes to my insurance. Y’all quick to jump on insurance jobs but now I need one front bumper to paint individual without insurance it’s an issue. All of a sudden I have to go to a paint shop. That’s the problem with these companies they get big and then become too good for certain task. Yes they do a great job for over priced work that the insurance pays for. Smh… never again.

Originally, I brought my Yukon XL to Caliber Collision to repair the bumper damage from an accident. While there, I inquired about the cost of replacing my four car handles as a side job. Although the quoted price of $908 was initially a bit steep, I was ultimately satisfied with the quality of the work and the overall service provided. However, due to the cost, I decided to forego the door handle replacement at that time and only have the bumper repaired. From the moment I dropped off my Yukon XL, I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Andrew was incredibly helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. So, I basically got my truck back in better condition than when I first bought it. I recently bought a Nissan Titan because my other car was totaled. Yes, it was used, but it was fairly new. Fast forward, I got into another car accident, and the front right bumper was damaged. Caliber was able to fix the entire bumper, essentially giving me a new bumper. When I bought the truck, the bumper had some marks on it, but now it looks brand new. Additionally, there was a shortage in the headlamps in the front seats, but they’re working now. The staff was very informative and kept me updated on the progress, which I appreciate. I definitely recommend this place if you need your car worked on. Thank you so much Andrew!!!!
