I took my car in for a oil change on Saturday morning and Sunday morning my car was ticking and the oil was bone dry. They did the oil change in 2min. We took it back to them there was no leaks at all so where did 3.5qts. Of oil go?

Purchased new tires, was told one price. I even had that price confirmed before returning to pick up my vehicle and when I go to bed the price is $50 more than I was told. They broke one of the lug nut bolts completely off.

Never again!!! All I needed was an oil change and a tire rotation. I got there 2:30pm and I didn't leave until 4:33pm!!! Just the tire rotation took 45 minutes!!!! It's one thing if they were trying to do a thorough job, but that wasn't the case. They kept stopping and chatting like they had all the time in the world!!! And when they weren't stopping, they were just taking their sweet time with absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever. I could have taken it to the KWIK Lube and have been done in less than an hour. Especially being my truck was the only one in that lane! Nobody was in front of me! I missed my class at TAMUCT bc of this garbage. You will NEVER see me here ever again.

Waited 20 minutes for service. There were people inside walking around. No one even took the time to come to my door cuz that's what they asked you to do to explain what was going on. Apparently there were only two people in the whole shop and the manager who I had to call explained and gave me a dozen excuses. This is worse than poor this is Walmart but you can't get service at Walmart then what the heck. So be prepared not to be served,

The slowest ever oil change known to man a hour a half, the district manager should be fired for allowing this to happen, and that rear door to get out is pathetic just for the cashier to push a button a couple times just to get out to get to your car. They should stop doing car service altogether.

Waited an hour for headlight restoration then find out the guy who was doing it stopped halfway into the job and disappeared into the store. They couldn't find him and ended up telling me they wouldn't be able to finish before closing. Another time I went again I waited an excessive amount of time of almost an hour for an oil change only to be told they couldn't do it because the filter was on too tight. Took it to a jiffy lube and they did it with no problems. Walmart is just too big to care.

Ive used this place twice in the last 2 months, and so far everything has been great. The only drawback I can see is that there is hardly ever anyone at the check-out counter when picking up your car. Waited 14 mins once and was ignored by all the employees in that area of Walmart. Some even purposely avoided eye contact. Was almost comical.

Poor customer service. I went there to change a tire for my SUV. The service member named TIM assists me and tells me to wait 30 minutes. So, I waited two hours and found out no one knew about my vehicle. It was sitting at the parking. I did the inquiry, and one of the employees told me that Tim clocked out an hour ago and didn't tell anyone about my service. So, I refused to get the service and report to a manager. Who knows that they will fix their issues or not? Not going there again.

I was in a snit and needed a new tire after normal business hours and had no other option at the time. Despite so many negative reviews I actually had a good experience. Although it took longer than expected, the employees I interacted with were very nice, which made up for the wait time. Not so bad.

1 star for the price and 1 for nice employees. 3 hour wait for tires smh.. No Gawd! A customer was so upset he was cussing and screaming about waiting 3 hours👀 however the employees were cordial but not knowledgeable: they didn't mention the lifetime balance for the tires or give the option of new valve stems for the tires like they did at The bunny trail location, where there was only 45 minute wait. 😒

I,LL never bring my vehicle to this place, came for a oil change, after a hour of waiting I was told they didn't have my filter on hand. Thanks God my wife was in the area and took me the O'reilly to get a new filter. 90 minutes later I was told my vehicle was ready so went and pay for the service. When I go to my vehicle and check the oil it does not look or smell good, Oil is dark and smell just like used oil. When I asked the manager he told me they do not drain from the bottom, they suction from the top (Not good). I believe they are recycling the oil because the viscosity and color of the oil was not even close to new and expensive full synthetic oil

No manager on duty, no manager pic on wall. Employees don’t know how to time manage! Waited 2 hours. All I needed was a new tire I bought there to be put on a rim! Crazy such a simple thing took so long. There should better communication to the customer!

I almost died. Old battery. Replaced for a beautiful price..However, Terminals are uber warped. I am a single mother and live with stresses beyond eternity. Even though WalMart (due to liability rules) couldn't FIX the problem, TLE gave comfortinf and sound advice to get my truck back on the road THANK YOU WAL MART AUTO CARE ...and GLEN (the boss man) for bringing my smile (and running truck) back to LIFE!!!!!!

My trip to Walmart was absolutely awful" it took them 3 1/2 hours to do an oil change and change out the air filter!!! The lady also said they was gonna vacuum the floorboards, but they didn't" so I would love too know what the hell they was doing for 3 1/2 hours because they was not super busy so can I get a explanation plz?? Ruined my Saturday for sure. I will never take a vehicle to that store ever again!!! P.S. I only gave a star cause I had to to post a review.

The worse waited 3 hours for 1 tire change and then I find out that the manager put me at the end after he messed up and thought my car was someone's else car that they also did before mines. I waited and it's unbelievable I watched them hit someone else car door on something and dented their door and didn't say anything to the owner of the vehicle. The manager messed up and didn't fix it just made me wait longer like I didn't have any place to go and charged me over 100 for the tire and long wait time. This is horrible customer service.

Waited for 2 hours, only 2 cars in front of me. Not one was touched in the entire 2 hours I was waiting. I asked for my keys back because there was no way I was going to wait any longer. Guy gave me my keys back and just said “you just made my day easier.” Pretty sure you’re already having an easy day, y’all haven’t done anything. It’s whatever, I understand there’s lazy or employees that just don’t care. And it is what it is, but I don’t recommend taking your car there.
