My experience at 1st Cho🔧ce Auto was amazining. Eric took care of me like I was apart of his family. He took the time to explain every detail that was going on with my car. I abosultly love the fact that mothing is hidden in the cost! They send you the diagnosis and give you a chance to decide what work you want done. Eric is an awesome representative for the company! I can not leave without saying! When I went to pick up my car the rest of the team was just how I imagined them, warm and friendly. I can see why this team would be my 1st choice in taking car of my cars. I will recommend them to all my friends and family or anyone that I see in the need for repairs. Oh! And did I say they got my car done in 24 hours! Yes I did not miss a beat on driving in my car, compared to other shops that told me minimum two weeks or more. First choice Automotive Repair was amazing. I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and coolent flush for my Ford Fusion. Right away Eric was super helpful in figuring out a time that worked and I was able to get my car to them same day within 30 minutes of making the call. If you're looking for a high quality professional automotive repairs, and upgrades, then you're in the right place. Every one who works here are very courteous and helpful. They treat your vehicle like it was there own. Matt Davis the service advisor is extremely knowledgeable and professional. If you have any questions about your vehicle, he can answer any questions or concerns, and help you any way he can. Best of all he doesn't b.s. you like so many other so called service centers do. Steve Potier in my opinion is a mechanical genius. He not only did an excellent job on the repairs I needed, but quickly spotted, and diagnosed some issues that I have been having with my vehicle , and helped me out with maintenance tips. Does this business stand behind there work? ,, well let's put it this way. They guarantee all their repairs for five years.... yeah you heard it,,,, FIVE YEARS!!!!! Amazing. I highly recommend Excessive performance to anyone who wants the job done right the first time, at reasonable prices, and in a timely manner. I know that I will never take my vehicles to any other place. Just wish I had found them sooner.

Went in for a tune-up and and an A/C diagnostic. Parts from this place are extremely high. Quote for an A/C compressor was over 800 for the part and they also charged me almost 400 for 4 spark plugs . That’s not even the kicker, after picking my car up the check engine light was on. It definitely was not on when I dropped it off.

Since I didn’t have a ride, they kindly provided transportation for me, which was a huge help.
