Called this company and another 9 mobile mechanics nobody answered their phones I had the idea of mobile mechanics would be more accessible and fast..Thanks to videos we were able to fix the auto issue and saved about $1800.00 worth of labor quoted from an actual shop but nowadays it's hard to find good and fast mechanics ....good luck having long line of customers 😉

So I called several Mobile Mech services I needed. They either didn't respond, didn't actually provide mobile services, or were no longer in business. I waited atleast a week before I finally got one that helped me. They were beyond satisfactory. I mean at one point I honestly worried i was taking advantage of them. I highly recommend them.

This business is very convenient. My jeep wouldn’t turn on at my house and rather then getting it towed to a shop and spend extra money. She came to my house to repair my jeep. And compared to what the shops were quoting me she was less expensive.

Scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle looked at and repaired. Appointment was made via google’s instant messaging when looking up a business on google maps. I needed a location change from my original appointment and I was left on read. Asked for a follow up and left on read again. Called multiple times and no answer. Left a voicemail and no answer. I had high hopes but I guess not.

For the first time since I've been in texas. I found a mechanic not a parts replacer. The owner Mimi herself came out to do my brakes service and more. She did not tell me to replace a bunch of things only what was really needed. She saved me a bunch of money and her work is perfection. I highly recommend her company. Loyal and truthful. Amazing amazing amazing if you ever need your car fixed don’t go to no one but them ! Better then the shops around this whole area! Came to me very fast showed up on time not only that , you will be explained on what’s wrong and also showed will have your car running like it’s brand new very nice and very polite! Let’s not forget pricing ! Love love love this place...I live in NC and my son had just drove all the way to Texas and his alternator and belts had broke I Googled places and reviews and decided to give this place a try. Got an inspection to see why my truck wouldn't start, turns out the fuel pump was bad, which she replaced the very next day. Hands down the best at what they do! My truck stopped working after getting it detailed, and we thought it could be due to something being wet under the hood. Thankfully my girlfriend found J&M Mobile Auto Repairs! Mimi was so professional, kind, and explained in detail all that was wrong and what she did to fix it. My truck is back to working how it was, all thanks to Mimi! Very affordable, and I highly recommend!
