Well the customer service is good, but I noticed that they don't put paper down to keep you mats clean of oil or their mechanics get you car without covering seats while they are dirty. I have cloth seats and that is not acceptable. Especially if you have oil on your clothes. Now I went to get my tires balanced and the tire balance machine I imagine is very rusty and does not get maintained properly. Because I my custom rims I keep very clean. After they got balanced the inner portion of the wheel were full of rust and dirt from the balance machine they used so I will have to take each wheel off my car and get the rust out. My wheels are black and red. Now the inner wheel is rusted and brown when they supposed to be a shiny black.

My AC has slowly been going out and after getting my compressor replaced yesterday. It was almost too cold. Now I’m set for the summer. Anything I was confused about the Manger Timothy explained clearly and respectfully. Best auto experience I've had in the last 10 years. Will be returning for future issues.

I was skeptical about this place due to reviews but my husband and I had to take a chance. We came Friday morning to get the car looked at dropped it off took 45 min for the guy to call us back which we were aware of. It turned out to be the alternator which my husband new it would be they gave us a quote and would take about two hours. But overall impressed with the time it took was faster than expected and cost was reasonable we have no complaints so far about it.

New management has hiked up the prices. Their oil change shot up 50 bucks with no new service. I was a loyal customer for 5 years since being stationed here.

Excellent communication, excellent service from start to finish. Timothy was understanding and helped me through my repair process. They were able to get my vehicle in for repair the day before it was scheduled, to my surprise, they finished everything the same day.

I recently had my car serviced at Precision Tune Auto Care on Clear Creek, and I can't say enough great things about this place! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The staff was professional, friendly, and really took the time to explain what was needed without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. A special shoutout to the manager, Azan, who was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and even followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the service. His attention to detail and customer care truly made a difference. The team worked quickly and efficiently, and my car is running better than ever! If you're looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and professional auto care shop, I highly recommend Precision Tune on Clear Creek. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be returning for any future car needs. You won’t be disappointed!

Very professional and fixed my truck quickly. They were able to diagnose the problem (bad starter) within an hour of dropping it off but due to how late I dropped it off they couldn’t repair till next morning. Not planning to have anymore vehicle issues but if I do, I trust them in fixing it.

I was a first time customer. I initially took my car to Mayo and was quoted over 3 grand in repairs after a diagnostic fee, I decided I wanted a second opinion and called Precision. They quoted me a much cheaper price and also let me know that everything they said was wrong was not. I appreciate them for being honest with me! They could have easily done what Mayo did. Will be a forever customer now!

Was charged $300 just for an AC diagnostic. They said that the AC compressor was seized and would cost $2k to fix. I did some research, checked it myself. Turns out the clutch was bad, compressor was fine, replaced it myself for $50.

When I took my car to them , they said there were not wrong of why my car was over heated. After 2 week, the problem escalated for the worst. Then a other mechanic found the problem in second.

Absolutely horrible Service member support, customer service, professionalism, and quality of service. I first started using this location in 2020 about a year after being stationed at Ft Hood. The manager then was extremely professional and helpful. My truck developed an AC issue and they trouble shot it and I paid to have the condenser and fan clutch replaced. I am trained mechanic in the Army but due to Covid I have my home goods moved there yet. There was an intermittent leak in the system and after four returns they still couldn’t find it. I was being deployed to Poland and the manager stated the warranty on the Freon service would be honored and put it in the system and said bring it back when I return. After that deployment I was sent all over. Once back at Ft Hood in March of this year I called the shop and explained the Freon had never kept. I informed the new manager I was going to Kentucky shortly after this for duty for over two months. He said it wouldn’t be an issue and would be annotated. The shop charged me again for the AC inspection and Freon for the same inspection leak and AC service they never finished originally. I had them check my service records and the new management simply told me he didn’t care they never found the leak originally. He would not warranty it. Within two weeks of being at Ft Knox the Freon had leaked out and when I called the shop denied me going somewhere local. I had to argue drop the truck off at the temple location where I live vs Killeen to get it checked the day after I returned. They called me 30 minutes later saying the leak was in the condenser. I paid them to change it and sure enough the Freon was gone within a week. I asked if they did a vacuum test on the condenser to insure there was a leak and they said no. They also confirmed they didn’t do a leak test to insure they fixed the leak. The next visit they said the low pressure valve was bad, changed it out and recharged the system. Yet again no leak leak test. Yet again the system was not fixed and this time my compressor seal blew within the week. Conveniently they couldn’t tell me how much Freon they charged it with as it was not annotated in the service records so I could not prove they over or undercharged my system. They gave me a price to replace the compressor. They did not discuss the need to replace the orifice tube, or accumulator. Both must be replaced or the manufacturer warranty on the compressor will be voided. So I changed all the components myself and the shop said they would warranty the AC recharge service. When I came in I was there less than a half hour. They did not do it to industry or manufacture standard. I brought it up to the manager because I ran my stopwatch as soon as my truck was taken back into the bay. They serviced it for 13:46.18 minutes. This was absolutely laughable and a complete joke and waste of my time. The proper way to service an AC system is it the vacuum test must be completely once resealing the system to check for leaks. The industry standard is waiting one hour to see if the mercury drops. Then the system is placed under vacuum for a minimum of 45 minutes to purge of any moisture. Then it can be recharged. This shop cuts corners every which way they can and they do not care about the customer or craftsmanship to insure the problem does not reoccur. The manager then told me the warranty on the recharge was voided. Sure enough I found a puncture in a line later that week. It was not there prior to this. Do not trust this shop to perform any maintenance or service to your vehicle. If you are a service member save your money and sanity and go to a more reputable company. This shop and their other location in temple have lost all credibility over the last five years. They are not what they use to be. I also asked for the owner of the business to call me because I wanted to alert them to the treatment of service members and blatant disregard to federal law and it’s been weeks and I have not been contacted.

I have been going here at least 6 years. Always professional and respectful. Very knowledgeable mechanics. Mike at the front was very helpful and professional. Brought my daughters PT Cruiser in. Both belts had broken. No power. They fixed it within 2.5 hours and Mike promptly called me. Job well done.

Do not go here they will rip you off. Payed 400 for them to replace a part just to have to pay 400 for them to replace an O ring that is 10$. They lied and said that you can't buy the O ring sepret yet you can and I ended up paying 800$ for a 10$ fix. Then they will tell you the part cost and not tell you that they mark it up 30%

🚨 DO NOT GO HERE 🚨Honestly this place is way over prices and will rip you off. they added another 400$ to the total price having it to where I now needed to replace a different part witch apparently the part that went bad was an O ring that is only 10$ at any auto parts store. So I ended up paying 800$ for a 10$ part that was an easy fix. But they would rather make money off you anyway they can. This is my second time here and my last for sure. The first time was a real quat due to the fact that I knew what was wrong with the car and how much it would cost me. But this time the guys here just lied saying you can't buy an O ring separately from the radiator hose so I would have to replace the whole thing after I just payed 400 for the upper tee hose to be replaced. Horrible.
