This guys are damn scammers never buy a car from them on a auction . If the car was good they would’ve sell it themself that’s why they sell it in auction they knew the car had a broke engine and they didn’t said anything about it and yes the car had a key the last owner had the key they are complete scammers thank you for selling me a car with a broke engine . If anybody buy a car from the auction coming from this place is broken transmission or engine trust me that’s what this type of people do they sent broken cars to auction with no key and they say they don’t know anything about them is a total scam Don’t buy from them

Best shop hands down. Honest, gives you a full breakdown so you’re not left guessing, very family oriented, very good communication on updates while they had my vehicles! I take both of my cars to them! And suggest them to everyone! 1000000 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I brought my vehicle in for service due to the air conditioning not cooling. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, and the service was prompt and reliable. The AC is now blowing cold air again. Thank you for the excellent service.

Unfortunately I'm going to have to take back my review because I'm having issues with my car after I picked it up and I cannot in good conscience say that this in fact is a reputable shop just yet

Due to backordered parts my vehicle was in the shop for 6 months. There was little too no communication unless I reached it to the shop. I was looking for the part on my own. Once the part was received it the battery was now dead and had to be replaced. Once I was about to pick up the vehicle the ac compressor froze and had to be replaced. Once I was finally able to get the vehicle, I drove it for 2 days before the check engine light came back on due to cam shaft actuator needing replaced. Why new parts were not put on when they replaced timing belt and cam shaft baffles me. I have been a loyal customer for many years but with this experience, the lack of communication, and the horrible customer service when it comes to other vehicles that have been repaired at this facility leaves much to be desired.

I went there for a alternate change, they did what I ask and my battery light came on. They said I needed a electrical diag that'll run me $189 an hour. I took it to precision tune they said that price is right but they check the code for free. Said the error was the generator(alternator), the generator harness, possible ECM. So I took it back to Auto master and here is where the attempted robbery happened. - called me back after the "electrical diag" said it was the alternator and ECM and will fix it for $2400. - I ain't have it so I said just fix the alternator it's under warranty. They try to help me and stated they can do it for $1500. - I ain't want to pay that. So I said no 🙂↔️.they called me back and said because I went to AutoZone and didn't do the diag there that the warranty didn't cover it.i was like the part is warranty they said yes but the guy that gave me the warranty was fired and that I shouldn't of got the warranty. I told them that wasn't my problem it is warranty. - they told me they'll replace it this time.but the replacement part will not be covered due to me knowing there are ECM issues and I'm refusing to fix it. Sounds legit right. - I called the "Better business bureau" and here is what they told me The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (federal law) requires that any written warranty be honored exactly as stated during its full term. A business can’t retroactively change the warranty or add new limitations after it starts. In Texas, under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), it’s illegal for a business to misrepresent warranty coverage or fail to honor it as promised. - I told them that he said there is a clause for that and it won't hold in court. -I ask for the warranty terms? They did not give me one due to the one I signed stated "all used parts and labor is covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles. -they tried to make me sign a new paperwork I ain't sign nothing They fix the alternator no light on. I will be checking the ECM with Nissan. If I find out it fine I will be contacting the "Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Division" for my $422 in electrical diag money back. Because the issue was caused by them and labor is covered by warranty that should include the diag that proved it was the bad part they put in the first place. I get you want some money. But to try to cheat me like this was wrong just wrong. I think because I'm a woman and I have to save the women out there. If I didn't call the BBB I would of paid that$ 2400 like a dummy.

Kudos to Auto Masters for their top-notch service! After Geico dropped the ball on fixing my vehicle, damaged by their client, Auto Masters picked up the slack. Their speedy diagnosis and repair got me back on the road in no time. Geico could learn a thing or two from Auto Masters' honesty and efficiency.

I took my mom’s car to them because it was miss-firing and running bad. I paid for a full diagnostic of the vehicle. I ended up getting the ignition coils, spark plugs, valve cover and battery replaced. I came to pick up my vehicle. I follow my mom while she drives the vehicle home. Not even 2 miles from the shop it starts overheating.. The whole time this is going on I’m communicating with the mechanic at the shop. This is last Friday so the vehicle sits all weekend in the same spot and they come and tow the vehicle Monday before 1pm. I get a call from the shop around 3pm and they telling me the radiator is cracked and it’s going to cost an additional $890. I’m no professional mechanic but if the radiator was cracked while driving and it had fluid in it….it would be fluid leaked all over the place. There was no coolant on the ground or burning in the engine compartment. The vehicle sat in the same spot for three days before being towed and it was no fluid anywhere under or around the car. We checked the fluids where the car stopped and there was not coolant in the car. We know the radiator didn’t crack until after the car was in their shop because I paid for a full diagnostic and coolant leaks were not on the list of issues I had to choose from to approve or decline the work for. So it’s obvious that they didn’t handle the fluid levels after repair of the vehicle, the car overheated, and the radiator cracked because of it. All this was discussed to the owner and after acknowledging their mistake he agrees to give me a $85 discount off the $890 to replace the radiator. After I just spent about $1300 on the vehicle maintenance already. I had my moms car towed from their shop and ended up getting a brand new radiator for $105 and paid $250 for the labor to get it replaced ($355). They quoted me $890. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE WITH THEM BECAUSE ITS EVIDENT CUSTOMER LOYALTY IS NOT ONE OF THEIR BUSINESS PRIORITIES. This is the kicker, I was a great customer….this was me giving them a second chance after having to take back my vehicle they first did work on which was my Tahoe. They changed the brake systems and not even a week later one of the systems came apart while I was driving it.(couldn’t of been torqued to specs) Luckily I was just starting to pick up speed when it came apart. Pictures below….

We had a great experience at Auto Masters Repair Shop. We came in with a rusted, stripped license plate screw, and their team was incredibly kind and accommodating. They were able to fit us into their schedule the same day, which we truly appreciated. The crew worked together efficiently and professionally, and it was clear they communicated well and took pride in their work. Everyone was friendly and respectful, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We’re very thankful for their flexibility and excellent service and would highly recommend them.

My Auto Masters representative (Marshall) is approachable, professional, was always even tempered. Marshall persistently came with a smile. The timing cove replacement was a 24 hour job that took a little longer than expected. So we spoke quite a few times. I would go back again, just for the great customer service that’s so hard to come bye these days. He’s a reasonable man. Marshall, all the best to you and your team.
