These guys will rip you off! I knew what needed to be done with the car, which is the reason I sent parts they told me nothing new. Nothing got fixed just rung up a lot of bills we didn't have in the first place towing fees okay, was expecting that but damn diagnosis test we knew what needed to be done. Thank God my fiance knew a little more than cars than I did lol she explained to the owner & everything got off the hook with just towing fees. Don't think I'll be coming back.

Just had my 100k mile service done here. Eric was a pleasure to work with:) Oscar was so nice too. I have been here for other repairs as well, like my alternator and serpentine belt. They alwsys gave me a fair price, cuz I have shopped around. Their warranty is excellent too. I highly recommend this olace for your auto mechanic needs! Professional and kind!

If i could give no stars for this place i would guy replaced my brake booster and now my brakes are still spungy brake light stays on and runs down battery he refused to check his work do not use this place . i have 5 cars and was looking for a place to take all my cars for service obviously it wont be this place . poor customer service mr oscar would have at least inspected his work

My neighbor referred me to Oscar. We recently moved to Killeen from out of state and needed a good, honest mechanic for my Jeep. Im so blessed to have found this shop. Eric is very kind and patient. He took the time to explain what was going wrong with my AC and broken wheel bearing .He answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. My car was fixed the same day as my appointments. He even showed me the bad parts off my car and his quotes were very affordable. The cost of my parts and labor were easily explained on my invoice as well. I completely trust this shop and will refer everyone i know to them. Im so thankful my neighbor told me about Oscar!

Wow, I am so excited!!!! Just like other reviewers stated….. I needed My Starter Replaced, didn’t know where to go, so I looked ALL Auto Repair shops. Eric was the ONLY, I Repeat ONLY ONE called me back, asked me my problem, gave me reasonable quote(which was within my budget) and He thought he May couldn’t get me in until Monday, But few minutes He called and Got me in TODAY(🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽) Yes, and He Delivered!!!! I've been to "Oscar the Mechanic" twice and I have received excellent services from them. I needed my wheel bearings replaced and they were kind enough to give me information and answers to questions I had regarding the replacement. Eric did the tune-up on my van very well. He left the old parts out on a table for me to check on his work. The price was reasonable and he kept within the estimate. He replaced the driver's window motor that went out last year. I'm very happy with his work. I used to be an ASE certified auto repair technician myself. Eric and Oscar were both professional in every way. I brought my own parts and Eric installed them at a much lower rate than their competitors. Although a decently big job, he was able to complete it in a few hours (other mechanics said it would take all day), and I had my vehicle back the same day. Every time I bring a vehicle here, I am increasingly surprised by the low cost and quick turnaround! I've been to Oscar's Continued three times in two years, and each time repairs were done the same day! On my last visit, he recognized the vehicle and remembered the issue from nearly a year ago! Less than 5 hours later, I am picking up my car, which he repaired - FOR FREE - because his parts and labor were still under warranty!
