I dropped my car off Thursday at 11 am, was told that my car would take 3 days. Friday night I get a text saying there is no updates but they are off for the weekend. Monday morning I get a text saying they just barely got to my car. Monday night, text no updates. Tuesday morning I get a video from the mechanic explaining the problem. I respond asking for a quote and get no response until the next day, today, Wednesday. I'm now without my vehicle for almost a whole week, they still haven't fixed the issue and I still don't have a response on when I'll be getting my car back, and the prices are ridiculous. $930!! I was not informed I would be without my car for a whole week and this has caused a lot of issues!

Kelsey Rocks! In a world of increasing dishonesty and lazy people talking to Kelsey at the service center is a breath of fresh air. Not only does she have a neat professional appearance but you can actually trust her word.

Killeen ford service department, Alberto Torres is an amazing advisor, he talked me through every step of the way while my f-150 was being repaired, he helped me out in calling my warranty and keeping me informed , I asked a million questions and he answered everyone of them, he made the process very easy to understand doing things above and beyond , I picked up the truck looked amazing and ran great ! I will definitely recommend my family to return and asking for him

Very frustrating slow service. It took 2 hours just to diagnose my truck’s battery as failing, and it wasn’t after the 2 hours they tell me that on top of the battery change, need to do a coolant flush.

Came in to arrange for service. Currently standing at front desk on my phone for going on 15 minutes, ignored by several employees who avoid eye contact or outright pretend not to see me. I stand out as the only ServiceMember in uniform in the room. Doesn't make me special, but makes me visible. Yet here I stand attempting to schedule an appointment on two Ford recalls ignored and not important. So "Service not listed" because "no service offered"

Avoid this place like the plague unless you got the money to throw away, have a warranty(be sure it’s covered or they will charge you) and/or are not a mechanic nor know one. They way over charge on parts, labor is always going to be high but better to do your own research on parts and plenty of video tutorials out there on how to. I saved $1200 by going to wrench a part.

Watch out! charges are extremely high. If you have to go here, which i will never go again, ask for pricing. charged me $100 to rotate tires. charged me double to change oil than the last Ford service place I went to. I had changed air and fuel filters, and this cost twice as much as the Ford service at another dealership. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

Sold my Dodge RAM here recently. The saleswoman who worked with me, Shar, was an absolute gem. Very sweet, very professional and very personable. I was hoping for more $$$ for the truck, but with the market the way it is, it couldn't be helped and I would ask for Shar time and time again in the future whenever I return to Servicemax. Thank you for everything!

Very nice place . Awesome customer lounge with complementary drinks theater seating and eating area. Staff was extremely friendly and the location was very clean. The only negative was it took two hours for an oil change but I’m not going to discount a star because they are extremely busy due to the professionalism and the awesome customer service

Recall on Ford and now they are putting a new engine. I am not happy, so far it's taken 3 months. I don't even have 50 thousand miles on it . Had Apex protection and they wouldn't acknowledge and said it's my fault that apex didn't pay for repairs. No one takes responsibility. I'm at 3000 paid to them and Ford said I would be covered with my platinum coverage only to find out they did nothing for me. I will never ever buy a Ford from anyone around here .

I recently visited the Killeen Ford Service Department, and I want to give a special shout out to Ms. Paula Stone for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, professional, and made sure I felt well taken care of. She clearly explained the service process, kept me updated throughout, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly.

Update: They didn’t tighten up my drivers front lug nuts and broke off two wheel studs, RR lug nut missing also. almost cause me to crash going home. Updated: I didn’t see an oil change sticker in the window so that got my suspicion going. Checked the oil and it was super dark brown, I checked the filter and it was the same filter that the previous company used because they date the filter when it’s changed. Wow serious issues at this place! Paid good money for a fake oil change apparently. Not a good experience, took almost 5 weeks to get an oil change, tire rotation, and replace a part (seal) that was in stock. They didn’t bother to take care of the recalls as I requested. They disconnected my dash cam and now something pops under the vehicle so whatever they didn’t tighten I’ll end up paying for later on - month worth vehicle payment on a 55k+ vehicle down the drain because it sat on their parking lot. Service floor manager asked how I would rate them and I explained why I wouldn’t give them a good rating . He gave me the verbal response same as the copy and paste response as I will probably get here. Watch and see. Oh but enjoy the free burritos and coffee. SMH.

In 2023 my very first oil change on a brand-new car turned into a nightmare. The technician didn’t tighten the drain plug, and I barely made it home before the check-engine light came on—by then, the damage was done. Instead of a routine oil change, I ended up with a used replacement engine. Not only was I given a used engine, but the car was returned to me absolutely filthy—covered in oil, dirt, and grime on top and everywhere around the engine. I even brought the service tech outside to see it for himself, and his response was, “What do you want me to do about it?” My gasts were flabbered and I left. Fast-forward to July 2025 (53k miles): I had another major issue and took the car to Hyundai in Corpus Christi. That turned into a 17-week ordeal, and I wasn’t provided a loaner the entire time. I had to provide my own rental vehicle on my own dime. After all of this, I’m getting rid of my Hyundai altogether. I just hope sharing my experience helps someone else avoid what I went through.

I took the my veh for a Ford recall on the safety belts. Made the appointment for 7:45am. Dropping the veh was chaotic. It seems like they can use a different approach in the mornings to speed up the process. I was told that the vehicle was going to be ready by lunch. At 2:20 pm I called to ask about my car. The call went to an automated service that kept me on hold for 10 minutes. Drove to the shop. Nobody knew what to tell me about my car. A Manager went to loo for the answer. 25 minutes later, I was told that they were about to check IF THEY HAD THE PART to complete the service. I left the building and immediately they call me looking for me to let me know that it'll be just 15 minutes wait. So. FIRST: they think that their time is more valuable than yours. SECOND: They do not have a clock on their faciities or they are on a different timezone (+3hrs). Third, they really think that they are the only authorized Ford dealer in the area. Btw, at the end I was told that my vehicle didn't need the part... (I bet you theyclosed

Unethical business practice is what it felt like happened. 2022 Mustang. Brought in for low idle,<700. They charged me $700 to fix a part. That did absolutely nothing. This is after the Johnson Brothers Ford charged me $100 for a part. That also did absolutely nothing. I went for a ride with the mechanic and he must’ve been feigning ignorance, because while we were in my car you could feel the jumps as the idle struggled to maintain a steady pace. After speaking to the other mechanics, he came back saying that that’s normal. I don’t know if that means Ford’s cars normally all have problems like this and to just accept it? What’s normal? I called to speak to the service manager And big surprise never heard anything back. Don’t go here if you want good service.
