I went here many times, many years ago. Pachi is great, he took care of us as if we were family (the good one). He kept our old dusty PT Cruiser kicking long enough to save up money and buy a new vehicle. We were blessed to have found such a good mechanic and friend.

Brought in my ride because it wasn't staying on, kept shutting off. They've been good to me, fixed my ride all the way back up and it's been riding like its never had an issue. Def enjoy the vibe here, if you have questions def ask, they'll let you know everything they did and what the issue might potentially be. If I could put 6 stars I would. other shops ive been to have had attitudes or immediatly start listing what needs to be replaced without proper troubleshooting.

“Doctor Automotive “ has some of the finest and skilled mechanics. I have a 2009 VW Passat, very old. There were a lot of things going on with my car, a lot. The mechanics listened intently to me and also did a thorough diagnostic check. All the major things were fixed. The car is running as smoothly as it was at first. The prices were amazing. Great people! Professional and timely service. I had taken my vehicle to several shops, but neither the maintenance technician nor the computer diagnosed the problem. I took it to Doctor Automotive, and within minutes, they knew what the problem was, showed it to me, and repaired what even the dealer and Ford company could not do. I was referred to Doctor Automotive from another well known franchise, and it worked out perfectly. Within a couple hours they successfully diagnosed my vehicle issue, and informed me of the required items to fix it. The best part was the pricing for the repair. I was given a price from another franchise, that was outrageously expensive, but when Doctor Automotive gave me theirs and the time it would take to finish, I immediately accepted. Additionally the staff was courteous and extremely knowledgeable, I highly recommend them to anybody.

These car mechanics are not good, they overcharge you, they don't fix the car once, you have to go to them again and again and they waste your uptime. I wouldn't even give them a star, but what can I do? I had an issue with my car's signal light. I went to them. They made a bill of $800 and I paid it. They fixed the signal light but did not fix the headlight. Two days later, I went to them again. They said, "Yes, they will fix it now." They fixed the light, but my seat belt, which they had fixed, was damaged during the wiring. When I asked them to fix it, they said there would be overcharges. We did not change it even though it was open. They fixed it themselves and were now asking me for more charges. I told them that you fixed this thing, you fixed it wrong, but they were not even ready to admit their mistake and were saying no, we did not fix it. I said then the Jinnes fixed it because I had brought it open, but their morals were not good, they were asking for more money which I could not afford, so please be careful with them, I will not go to them again for the car.fixing

This has been the worst experience. I took my car in for an oil change, and there I was informed that there was an oil leak coming from the valve cover. It should be taken into account that they are not licensed mechanics. I decided to take the car to Dr. Automotive and informed them of what I had been told. They replaced the part without verifying whether the oil leak was actually coming from there. I paid almost $500. I brought the car home and the leak continued. I took the car back and informed them that the leak was still present. I asked if they had confirmed where the leak was coming from, and they told me they had not and that they had only replaced the part. While I was there, they used degreaser to clean the area, sent me home, and the leak continued. I returned to the shop and left the car for them to fix the problem. A week went by. I tried to contact them, and they did not respond until two days later. After demanding a response, they finally replied and told me they had washed the engine and that there was no longer a leak. I picked up the car, took it home, and the same leak was still there. I returned to the shop and left the car again. Two days later they contacted me and told me they had found the leak. I waited five more days and contacted them again. They responded two days later and told me to pick up the car, saying it had been ready since Thursday—even though it was already Tuesday. I decided to go pick it up, and when I arrived, I was informed that the car was not there and that they were testing it to make sure there was no longer a leak. Five minutes later, an employee arrived with the car. I made my dissatisfaction clear. This time there was no leak, but they broke my key, glued it together, and put a screw in it. They returned the car to me with no gas, which tells me they were using it. On top of that, they tried to charge me again. Obviously, that was not fair. There was no honesty or integrity, and to be honest, I suspect that the people working there are not licensed.
