Rear defogger connector had detached from the glass. Being that I had dealt with them before I gave them a call and told me to bring it by the new Killeen location. As soon as I walked in Marissa was very pleasant and took care of me. Andrew took a look at it and told me they could fix it and took care of it very quickly. I would highly recommend these guys/girls if you need something similar or any of your automotive glass needs.

I am so happy I found this place. Firstly the customer service was excellent. Marissa, Lexi and Andrew collectively provided amazing customer service. The service was fairly quick and they offered me the membership, which helped me save money. They explained the entire process to me and were honest about what they could achieve. But I was most impressed with the waiting area. It was stocked with coffee, snacks and cold drinks, and multiple options for seating. I love the thoughtfulness behind everything. I highly recommend this location.

I called Chip Control to ask if they could please take a look at my windshield to tell me how bad my chip was. They asked if I could come in, and I was on my way. Lexi took great care of me over the phone and was genuinely kind. When I got there, she paged Andrew (the owner) and he came out right away. He took it to the back, made the repair, and was cleaning my windshield when he brought it back out front. EXCELLENT service and an amazing experience. You can't even tell that I had a chip.
