The guys here are awesome! I bought the wrong fuel pump for my husbands truck and didn’t know until after we installed it. The guys here exchanged it out for the correct part and discounted the one we needed to what we paid for the wrong one. Come here for your auto needs I always will.

Staff is always ready to help. If there is a new member, management is always happy to assist. Have always had any rental tools I needed as well. Tool selection is always full. Maintenance fluids are always stocked. Batteries I've needed have always been in stock. No complaints with this store.

Gave me the wrong parts for my car!! I got all the was to the shop and they took all the parts off my vehicle just to be told that these aren’t the correct parts. And when I called the office they just told me to bring it back and get a refund. They didn’t try to off any time of accommodation for dropping off the correct parts to the shop, nothing! O’Reilly came in and personally delivered the parts. And Autozone just lost a loyal customer.

Exceptional Service at AutoZone in Killeen, Texas I recently had an amazing experience at AutoZone in Killeen, Texas, and I can't recommend them enough! While their address is incorrectly listed on Google, the correct location is 4524 S W S young Dr. This small detail didn't deter me from seeking their help when my car wouldn't start after my husband left for a military mission. I was able to get to AutoZone around 8 AM, thanks to a friend who had jumper cable chargers. The knowledgeable and informative Hank greeted me with a smile and immediately set to work helping me replace my car battery, which was the wrong size due to a previous owner's mistake. I'm amazed my car ran as long as it did! Hank's passion for cars and his NASCAR background made the experience even more enjoyable. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood the process, and even shared some interesting stories about his time in NASCAR. I won't be going anywhere else for my car part needs. AutoZone in Killeen, Texas has earned my business for life! Thank you, Hank, for your exceptional service.

I was in a rush and needed to get some fuses, I got to the Autozone right at 7:28 so I can be there when the doors opened. Well, the manager unlocked the doors right at 7:30 and I walked in there and he was ready to help me. He even showed me there were different fuse sizes for my vehicle which I didn't know. After he helped me I was able to work on the issue and replaced the burnt out fuses. I was well on my way for my 9:30am appointment. Great and friendly service!
