I was in an accident back in December and International Collision Center was there every step of the way, From opening on December 24th so I could drop off my car to keeping me updated on the work and giving me estimates on when it could be done. Over all I would say they didn’t take very long at all about 3 weeks and my car looks like the accident never happened. I would definitely recommend! Car looks great!

I've always gone to them for repairs with geico, but this last time, they left my vehicle out, and it was damaged from hail. It's really bad. I wish they told me the day before my vehicle was done so I could take it home inside. instead of telling me the next day. I have to pay for the damage now. No apology or help from them at all, no call back on the situation. I might have to go somewhere else from now on. The fixed my vehicle but also caused more damage

Inexperienced drivers, they towed a vehicle that was all-wheel-drive(Not 4x4). It was brought to me with transmission issues. Beforehand the vehicle was just fine, I know for a fact it was working fine. The night before I actually took this vehicle out on a test drive and everything was fine. Comes back today, turns out that they used a tow truck that lifted this vehicle by its wheels, Instead of a flat bed as The manufacturer recommends to prevent damaged transmissions.

Absolutely top notch!!! I brought my Pathfinder in for a complete bumper replacement after an accident. I picked up my vehicle a few days ago and I absolutely seen the best work that I ever seen in my life from a collision center. Brand new appearance as the day I brought my vehicle home for the first time. Paint job match up perfectly. I also expected my vehicle to drive differently after completion because that was always my experience in the past. My vehicle actually drives better than when I brought it in. 5 stars is not enough I will give 10 stars. I definitely will highly recommend to anyone 💯

I was in an accident last year June 4th I didn’t revive my car until August after taking it up there 4 times to have it looked at over and over again due to them not fixing it right. A rubbing loud noise is still there a year later now due to them not fixing it right. I was told “ they are new parts so the noise will wear out over time” at that point I decided it was useless to keep driving back and forth from temple to Killeen and am stuck with a car that had no issues prior to someone hitting me and this place not fixing it right. Do not come here their communication is poor and they will act like your crazy when you say you hear the noise and they can’t.

Rapid Recovery of TX LLC claims this place as one of their business locations. They are a predatory company that damaged my vehicle while being towed and then denied all liability after the tow was complete. Stay away from this company and Rapid Recovery of TX.

I dropped off my car and was worried the dent and paint would be too difficult to repair and match. Much to my surprise Lenny and his staff did a phenomenal job and was reasonably priced! He was very thorough with explaining the repair process and friendly as well. Interior was kept clean too. It's as if it never happened! Updated 12/19/2018 Had them paint my new grill and it a spot on match for this is the only place I take my truck Had my camper shell paint to match my truck. Dropped of Monday and pick up on Friday. Very fast and the paint job looks amazing.

I dropped my car off and got it early, lucky right? Absolutely not, they did a half ass job, there was a 15 year old girl at the front desk that gave me my keys and no one to do an inspection with me and of course it’s not right, I go back in and tell the little girl at the front desk I need someone to help, I didn’t even know she was underage, then the other person comes out, I point out it’s not right, I was told I would receive a phone call about further repairs and is then told later that I would need to return to have my car fixed again, fast forward to today, going in for a 30 minute fix is actually close to 2 hours and was then told they couldn’t repair it correctly but it was “factory” parts. After being told I just wanted to complain. How funny but I see other reviews where y’all did a half ass job on others too. These folks are rude and unprofessional, make sure when you go in, it’s an adult helping you and not a child.

I took my car to this shop to get an estimate and timeline for repairs. They told me my car would be done within 5–7 business days. The repairs were supposed to include fixing the passenger door frame and replacing the door. I chose them because they seemed nice, professional, and the timeline worked perfectly since I was leaving town for work. Instead, it took them 3 weeks to finish my car — and when I finally got it back, the work was sloppy and incomplete. The passenger door now rattles like something inside is loose or broken, there’s paint overspray on my windshield, and the door speaker no longer works. My husband and I tried several times to contact the owner, Lenny, who originally quoted us the 5–7 day timeframe, but he completely ignored our calls and texts. No response, no accountability. This shop clearly cuts corners and cares more about taking your money than doing quality work. They’ll hand your car back unfinished and then avoid you when you call them out on it. Do not take your vehicle here. Unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth the headache.

Not only did I have to return my vehicle for a total of four times they lied about repairs being done while not completing them and stating to the insurance that they did which I documented with multiple pictures and videos per each instance and have given them my car back to me with missing bolts and clips leaving wheel wheel hanging then this last time they severely damaged the paint of my vehicle during repair which I evidence of and was responded to with immediate cursing and being totally leave the property , State Farm has already concluded they caused damage and gave false information so I will be moving forward with my claim, but I would not trust this shop with any vehicle
