Absolutely amazing shop, if I could give 10 stars I would. My truck had a catastrophic fuel leak 2 days before christmas. They were able to get the truck in immediately and diagnosed. After the holidays the truck was done in 2 days!! They even stayed late to make sure my parts came in. Amazing work, feels like a brand new truck. They were very honest and upfront about pricing. I had a fantastic experience at this place. They were professional, efficient, and really went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. This was my first time there, and let me tell you, I’ve been to two different places with their diagnostic report saying I need to replace my rear differential, control arms and other repairs that was not related to my suspension knocking. The mechanic that worked on my 2019 suburban diagnosed the problem and found the issue and fixed it on the spot. He even offered me to test drive it to ensure the knocking sound is gone. I”d definitely recommend them, the mechanic is very knowledgeable to pinpoint the knock which can be extremely frustrating and hard to find the source of the cause,

The people were friendly but the price was pretty outrageous. I brought my car for a misfire and they sent me an invoice for 1,800 dollars plus tax to do all spark plugs and ignition coils. Told them how much for only for the misfire on cylinder one would have still ran me 900 dollars. 1000 dollars almost for a new spark plug in my car lol. Ended up getting a second opinion and what they found out was it wasn’t the spark plug or ignition coil at all! It was a bad ground wire causing it. Which I got fixed cheaper. If this shop would have put all new coil packs and spark plugs in my car it wouldn’t have fixed the issue. I would have been out 2 grand and would probably have to Spend more once the real issue was fixed. This is why shops need to dig and find the issue instead of just hooking their computer up and diagnosing it that way. I’m glad I didn’t waste my money. The diagnostic was also too pricey. We got told 199 but ended up with 234 dollars out my account for a bad diagnostic. Only reason I’m giving it 2 stars was because the lady up front and the people there were very friendly. If you have the money sure go ahead but unless your in a hurry, go get a second opinion.

Outstanding Service & Genuine Care I cannot say enough good things about this company and the owner. My vehicle completely shut down in the middle of a busy service road with fast-moving traffic, and I had no power at all—not even hazard lights. It was a frightening and dangerous situation. By the grace of God, this gentleman was directly behind me. He immediately turned on his hazard lights and stayed there to protect me from oncoming traffic. He then called his business, and within minutes, a tow truck was on the scene. What truly sets him apart is that he didn’t stop there. He personally made sure I was safe, took the time to drive me all the way to my residence, and showed a level of kindness and professionalism that you just don’t see often anymore. This was not just a tow—it was compassion, integrity, and service from the heart. If you ever need help, this is the company you want to call. Update (9/11/25): drove around for almost 2 months with missing and loose hardware from Chuck’s garage. Lost a whole week on a fender bender repair because of this work. Caliber Collision was profusely apologetic about the poor state my vehicle was left in by Chuck’s Garage. Their response? We “rushed” them to get it done, so they “forgot” to bolt down the ABS system, left hardware out of the lights, and couldn’t tighten down the engine compartment. Don’t take your vehicle to Chuck’s Garage if you want the work done in a timely manner or done correctly apparently. What a shame! This has been a logistical and financial hassle for my family. Justin’s response at Chuck’s Garage: “it was just some bolts…” yeah some bolts that were critical to maintaining the safety of my vehicle for myself and my family. Update: they did not diagnose it today (7/14) and will not diagnose it until (7/22) because it’s too much work on their end. They didn’t complete their test drive they said they would nor did they communicate the recommendation to replace coils (which we would have approved). These are two things that easily should have been communicated to us with how frequently we’ve been trying to get this sorted over the last 50 days. I had deleted my previous review thinking we had gotten to the bottom of our troubles. My Chrysler Pacifica was with Chuck's garage for 43 days (5/27 - 7/9) for a head gasket repair. 5/27 - 6/11 was waiting on warranty approval. 6/11 - 7/9 was the time it took for delays getting the heads out, sent out, delays on head repair, and then delays to get the heads back in due to backlog at the garage. The van was returned to me on 6/3. I drove 6.4 total miles on 7/10 and 26 miles on 7/11. At mile 13 on 7/11 my check engine light comes back. I did not drive it any further except to drop it back off today 7/14. Before returning it they said they would take it on a 50-100 mile test drive to ensure it was running fine. Per their receipt, my odometer in was 95,777 and out was 95,811 - that is only a 34 mile difference. I don't trust that they did their full due diligence with this vehicle and we were really crunching to get it done after they passed multiple of their own self-imposed finish times: 6/27, 7/1, 7/2, 7/8 and ultimately returned on 7/9. After 8+ hours of it being there (originally told 1-3 hours to look at it), I'm being told that they have it narrowed down to 3 issues. They have told me that none of these issues could have come from them deconstructing and reconstructing the engine with the head gasket repair. It is *coincidentally* another engine problem 19.4 miles after a $6,000+ engine repair that took 43 days.

I left my Prius here for a sensor check in the engine and have had to call twice because of no communication with them regarding my car and it's been there for two days now so I'm hoping there won't be a problem with the car when I pick it up. Update: I just received a phone call regarding my experience here with Josh the owner and he was very concerned with my experience here and apologized for the lack of communication regarding my visit and even offered to refund my diagnostic fee because of my experience at his Business honestly this surprised me and gave me a change in perspective of this place, I'd say the owner really cares about the experience. The engine light did come back on after two days so I had to update for the last time.

Chuck’s garage is a great place to take your vehicle for a quick and easy service. I needed my ignition switch/cylinder and multifunction switches to be replaced which they were able to do in a day. Only giving 4 stars for the car being returned dirty (no disposable seat covers). Just make sure you cover your own seats with protective covering. Other than that great customer service and so far my car is working smoothly.

I have a 1952 Ford F1. I had an emergency suspension issue that almost caused me to have an accident. It was addressed and fixed immediately by Chucks Garage. They ordered the upper and lower control arms, rag joint assembly, shocks and springs. The had all the parts in 48 hours and everything replaced within 5 business days. I appreciate the hard work and dedication that the staff took to fix my truck. It's a memorial truck to my father who is a retiree and no longer with us.
