took my audi a4 in on oct 30th for an inspection/oil change and to approve further services. my husband and i usually service my car ourselves, but he was away with an extended army training thing at the time. got my results the day after, but they quoted me insanely high prices. i approved a auxiliary coolant pump/hose replacement and declined everything else. i kept in contact with them and they repeatedly said “we’ll be done tomorrow” through both text messages and calls. it took 2 weeks to get the requested things done (picked it up nov 13). apparently they ordered the wrong parts or needed additional ones. paid 1.3k for the whole thing and lost my job due to lack of transportation. additionally, when i had went to pick up my car, the man helping me with my transaction started to visit with me on how “european cars are tricky” and how the hoses were a big problem. unfortunately, i would not have taken my european car to a place that specializes in those kinds of vehicles and has the word “audi” on their building if i was going to hear about that. so far, the work performed seems to be fine, but the time spent and pricing were awful.

We bought a car from Carvana and it came with a few issues that our warranty covered. The best choice was Eurotech and they did a great job getting everything working perfectly as it should. They even have loaner vehicles to make sure you aren't without a way to do your daily errands and get to work. Definitely worth having them work on your car.

Brought my Mini Cooper S Paceman into EuroTech for a warning that it was overheating. I had bought the car as a beginner for my daughter and it was shipped in from Houston. EuroTech completed a whole car check-up for me. They did an alignment, tire rotation, oil change and found the cause of why it would overheat. The work was diagnosed and completed by the next day. There was 100% communication with updates as they went along. Nice shop, nice guys and good work! Thank you!

I brought my precious 3 series to EuroTech the first time for an oil change and inspection. They found several items needing attention but because I couldn’t afford all at once, they helped me prioritize them. Each repair was done quickly with lots of transparency and updates. The staff here did an amazing job going over and servicing my 2013 Mini Cooper S. With the oil change they provide a 41 point inspection. Even provided photos of their process. Communicated about what was needed and the price. I had my brakes and rotors replaced, tire rotation, 4 wheel alignment, coolant flush, brake fluid flush, air and cabin filter replaced. They got me seen and serviced very quickly. This place is my new service provider for my mini.

This place of business is awesome, courteous, caring, and thoughtful. The staff went above what I needed. Gave me a diagnostic check on my car without charging , even took the time to explain in details, what was important that need to be done, right away or just wait a little longer, or in the order that things on the car need attention , rather if this needs to be done before this or that and was very very patient with me. Was happy to answer all my questions concerning my car. Gave me a ride home when needed and came back to get me as well. Thank you, EuroTech Car Care Center.

SHADY with no integrity as a company and service advisor. Alex quoted me $2000 and said they needed the car for 2 days. Called me after 2 days and said the price needed be around $3000 because he didn't realize the additional hours to get to the oil pan, but since the car was there I let them move forward. He looked up the wrong price and didn't want to take ownership of his own mistake. Then he said they needed a O ring that had to be ordered as this job normally requires it. (he knew that already). Waited on the part and then they took another 2 days to get the job done. Had my car for a week (including the weekend). I'm the one who had to call for updates with excuse after excuse needing one more day. He never took the initiative to call and give me updates, never took responsibility of just telling me to keep my car until they got the part in. Just rude and inconsiderate all the way around. All he had to do was wait to take the car apart instead of putting me out of a car for a week. Taking care of the customer went totally out the window. It's there job to determine if they have all the parts before they do the job. Don't waste your time and money with this shop! 1st time and last time! Adding to the owners response....another example of your employee lying to the owner below. I brought the car there in person and we discussed the exact issue. He looked up the book price on the spot. Obviously looked up the wrong one. He should have the integrity to go with what was quoted, NOT come back with a 1000 dollar difference. Not the customers fault the service adviser made the mistake. INTEGRITY! Typical car shop trap.

As well as the weather being a bit dramatic, I had some squeaky brakes. They completed my oil change in a timely manner, and did a full inspection on my vehicle.
