Worst customer experience ever! I’ve never been to an auto parts store that wouldn’t assist with battery installation or at least a battery charge/boost. Not that anyone cares but I’ll never spend another dime with this company.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff will definitely be going here from now on for pretty much anything I'm in need of automotive for both of my vehicles, some of the fluids may be a little the pricy side but the napa brand is the same thing and way cheaper so it's a great choice and place to get whatever you may need

Every time I call before to check on availability of a part someone answers and immediately they put you on hold. I’ve continued driving more than 3 times and gotten to the location before some ever got back on the phone with me. Poor customer service!

I went in to buy parts for my dad. I asked the people out loud if they do military discounts. I showed my ID to them. my cashier Brett didn’t even acknowledge the fact I had my ID out. I didn’t care to go back to argue over a discount. My dad needed his parts more then that. It was just bad how they totally ignored me. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning. 👍

Fantastic service. Great staff @ this location. I usually go through O'Reilly auto in Washington State. But down here, and specifically at this store I will be going through Napa for any needs. The wait is always minimal and they are all quite knowledgeable. Nice to deal with staff that's knowledgeable and respectful.

Napa has always been the more expensive alternative to auto part stores to me. However, those days are gone and this store really had a great selection of in stock items at a reasonable price. The store itself is very clean and well kept. Employees are helpful and friendly. Will be making this store my first search for auto parts in the future.

I had been hesitant to give Napa another try after some initial growing pains with the new store, but Candice totally turned that around for me and my commercial account. She goes above and beyond to ensure I get what I need for myself and my clients builds. She is responsible for earning my trust back and gaining my loyalty. The parts are better quality than the others and now with the service to back it up I won't be going anywhere else.

Ordered a part through these rip off artists. Was told one price when I ordered the part, then when it came in it was $70 more. Total bait and switch operation. I even showed them how much it was at other local stores and they refused to honor their price. Very rude and unhelpful. Never use these fake parts people.

Well I came in to buy freeze plugs and got help from the assistant manager and she was remarkably funny easy to describe why I needed and polite as many should be she went even further by helping me out when I needed help also since the part wasn’t there that day some finally arrived and she wasn’t there that day so she made it where her coworkers could find them she is awesome at her job and wish more people would be like her . As for the second person I dealt with she is as well awesome in her own way so both ladies need a round of applause from everyone there at Napa cause they are doing fine outstanding job and deserve praise for what they do for others ty have a nice day

What Autozone and Oreilys don't have or carry, Napa might. They had a random intake hose for a Ford Focus, which saved a ton of money and time from going to a dealer. Picture is the bad one for reference. 4 stars because they seem to usually be out of other random things I need and end up going to Autozone.

The store manager, Brittanie, is who help us when we needed a battery today. She tested our battery to make sure it was a battery issue and not something else. She also made sure we had the proper oil filter and oil. 10/10 would recommend. Brittanie provided great customer service with a friendly personality.

Great place, great prices, competitive with all others around. These pics are old, they do not represent the new location on Stan Schlueter. Also Google maps misleads you to turn and work your way around Sonic to get here, don't go that way, there's a turn-in right in front of the strip mall where Napa now resides.
