EDIT: UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: Larry reached out to me, as well as Theresa. A quote was received. We (husband and I) went to the business and spoke with Theresa. She owned her negligence (stating employee issues ), and I believe sincerely apologized. She also apologized for her husband as well. Moving forward, we have accepted her apology and have since hired Catherine’s’s to take care of our landscaping needs. We had to “tweak” the original landscape needs and quote and she was very accommodating.
I would like to thank her for her honesty.
Theresa came to my house, listened, and was going to draw up a quote for me. Have been waiting 2 months for the quote. Correspondence had been sketchy to say the least Mitch tells me he and Theresa are just too busy, they'll work on it and get it too me. Glad I didn't give them money up front! Mitch was extremely rude when I stopped in the business to check on my quote, Theresa just blows smoke with excuse after excuse.

Oh my gosh !! I buy all my plants here ! I truly believe the reason people love this place is because of Heather . She is incredible!! Knowledgeable , sweet , patient and helpful . I won’t go anywhere else ! There is a huge selection, prices are very reasonable and customer service is fantastic !!

What great place: extremely nice employees, Catherine very friendly, prices are normal, the plants were in excellent condition,. The Center is a little difficult to get to, but well worth the effort with the bridge being closed. I highly recommend this business.

Teresa and Hudson were a pleasure to work with. They designed a new landscape from the front of my home which included a 20 ft. Live Oak. They even worked with me to get the landscaping done prior to a party we were throwing.
I was pleased with the efficiency of their crew and subsequent willingness to stay late to complete the job after a couple of palms proved to be more difficult to source than was anticipated.

My experience was absolutely amazing. Heather was so knowledgeable and helpful while planning our plants. The installation crew especially Robert were excellent. They knew exactly how and what to do. Everything went smoothly from purchase to installation. My yard looks beautiful and the quality of plants are wonderful. I highly recommend Catherine’s for any and all of your plant needs.

I had the best advise and customer service at the landscape center from Heather. I picked out field grown Christmas palms and Michael and Larry installed the trees. Rusty and the two other landscapers (sorry I did not catch their names) definitely knew what they were doing from soil prep to lay out & placement to clean up.

They delivered and installed a beautiful “perfect sized” palm tree in my yard today, and the entire process was seamless.
The team was punctual, friendly, and took great care to ensure the tree was placed perfectly. (They even went the extra mile to clean up afterward, leaving the area looking even better than before).
Their expertise and attention to detail truly set them apart.

This place goes above and beyond. We've bought our "soon to be" privacy fence. Heather works the shop and has an incredible amount of knowledge. The man that works behind the scenes and grows everything, has another level of knowledge about everything that you might want in your Florida yard. The guys that put everything in the ground worked fast and put everything where we wanted it and gave a few extra ideas for some other plants and knew exactly how to treat the new plants and trees. We've had 1 plant that was struggling and is replaced without any problems. On top of everything, we've received a handwritten thank you note from the owners! I will always recommend this place for everyone!! YOU'VE GOT A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

From start to finish amazing! Picking out our trees was fun, so many to choose from. They were very helpful and so nice. Within 2 weeks it was time for our trees to be put in. Two guys, Michael and Larry came out to install trees and they were very hardworking and courteous. Couldn’t ask for nicer guys to work with. After they were finished they made sure everything was exactly the way they found it (clean and tidy). 5 palm trees later, we couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend Catherine’s to everyone, the staff and the trees are bar none the best.

We tried getting them to redo our front flowerbed. Theresa came out to look at the space, gave me a partial quote, I sent back changes, and then was ghosted! I called Catherine’s Nursery about 6 months ago or more. I had asked if they had a Hass Avocado tree in stock. Unfortunately they didn’t but put me on a call list when they get some in. I got a call from Heather saying they have a few in stock that they just received. I asked to please tag me a good one and I will be there in a few days.
My travel was about 45 miles one way which I didn’t mind at all. I showed up at the nursery and had a beautiful Hass Avocado tree tagged for me. Drove back home and with no damage.

Fabulous experience with this Landscaping Company. They were very courteous and professional. They are a family owned business, pay attention to detail, and came up with a beautiful plan for the front lawn. Created a design plan for me since I was unsure (so many plants), Helped me with any questions or concerns. Always pleasant. The crew did an excellent job, from removal to planting and cleanup! They are also a family business which I luv to support. My hubby and I couldn't be happier ☺️ I needed clusia for privacy along my sides and foxtail palms just because their beautiful.
