They didn’t guess or speculate what might be wrong with my car’s AC. Instead, they kept the vehicle, did a full and thorough diagnosis, and didn’t stop until they found the exact issue. It's been a long time since I've been able to find a honest and reliable mechanic and I believe I have found them. I brought my car in with several different problems and all of them were addressed with nothing but care, honesty and professionalism. Unfortunately that is something that's very hard to find in a mechanic shop. Tad and Jim explained everything that needed to be fixed on my car and we're not just trying to make money. They really care about their customers and their customers safety and I would definitely recommend them to anybody for any car problems that you might have. And thank you this Florida girl now has COLD air conditioning.

I was shopping around for a new AC compressor trying to find the best price. I had set up an appointment with another company, however the owner of circle radiator called me and asked how they could obtain my business. The owner dropped their price not once but twice for me! I have taken my daughters car there for work previously- they are very fast in and out as well as fantastic work! Since moving down here last year from Lakeland, I’ve had a hard time finding people I can trust. Yesterday, one of my work vehicles decided to have a bit of an overheating issue. The upper radiator hose popped off and it sprayed coolant everywhere. I managed to get the hose put back and get some water in the radiator. A couple hours later I took it to this place. I’ve never been here before, but I am so impressed with the way they took care of me, I will easily recommend Them to anyone and everyone. By the way, they do everything, not just radiator and air-conditioning work. If you need brakes, or anything else, oil changes, I highly recommend you take Your vehicle to this shop. I live in Fort Myers now, but I will be crossing the bridge. Anytime I need anything done.

Use caution with these folks, would definitely consider a second opinion when dealing with them. Took my truck in for air conditioning issues, while waiting in the lobby every person I heard them call they told they needed a new compressor and it was going to be $1,400. Guess what I needed when they finished my inspectionI?? New compressor and it was going to be $1,400!!!! What, no way, I just had a new compressor installed…. Took it back to my regular mechanic, only needed a switch, total repair cost $129 . Watch out for these crooks. They should be investigated.

They are an amazing shop! I had an issue with my intercooler rubbing a hole in my AC lines. Took it to the dealership and they charged me $1,000 to fix it and had my car for a week. It ended up breaking again so I took it to Polar Auto Air and they fixed it in 2 hours and only charged me $300. Great shop that was patient and listened to all of my concerns. They really care about their customers and it shows.
