Took my car here to get looked at and maybe repaired if possible. Had my car there for 2 months didn’t get a call or nothing. They did nothing didn’t even help me jump start my car when I went to pick it up. not even a apology or a reason. The previous person I spoke with went to the back and didn’t return to avoid talking to me! Smh so unprofessional it’s ridiculous!! On top of all this the only reason I was doing this is cause step father died from Covid and I had to give my daily driver to my mom!!

Great Mechanics. Responsize and honest. They take care of me and are one of the few places I will allow to touch my vehicles. Give them a try. They are a small shop so they can take a bit sometimes but, it's worth being patient for the quality work. They won't try and upsell you on things you don't need either.

There’s a reason their prices are cheap Took my son’s car to have the AC compressor replaced. I provided the part, all they had to do was install it. Sounds easy enough for a competent mechanic, right? They installed the compressor using only 2 bolts, one of which was too short. A month after the compressor was installed, the bracket broke, which also threw the belt and caused the car to overheat. Pay a little more and take your vehicle to a reputable shop.

Great service!!! Came out on a Sunday after he offered to come on Saturday evening even though it was already after 7pm. He gave this offer without having any previous customer relationship with me. I told him that I didn’t like the price and that I would have Firestone look at it. He assured me that they would be much more expensive. Guess who had to call him the next day and say that he was right? He saved me money and completed the job. He even checked my fluids and noticed that I needed oil. Too bad I didn’t find him 2 1/2 years ago because I could’ve used a dependable mechanic. I wasted so much money going to Firestone because I didn’t know the area. I have to get an oil change prior to my move next week and even though he’s in Cape, I will be going there to get it done.

What a absolutely great experience! My wife's range rover had the wheel bearing go out and it was completely undriveable . I work out of town and needed it fixed in a pinch. I called 8 different mobile mechanics this morning and all of them had 10 different reasons why they couldn't make it today or were super overpriced. When I called " The garage total car care" He said I'll get it fixed today and I promise i'll have you back on the road. What a refreshing conversation after hearing all the others with the same answer I can't help today and some saying not until next week. He showed up on time, very friendly and professional, Has a great set up with any tool you could need and got right to work and did a fantastic job and was not rushing but completed the job quickly. He is a very good mechanic and takes pride in his work. He will with out a doubt be who I or my wife call for any future repairs. Thanks !

I stopped on Jan.3, 2017 because of a noise in my right front wheel. He was recommend by a relative of mine. His greetings right away made you feel that you came to the right place. He looked at my car right away. I was just going to make an appointment. Within 15 minutes he figured out what the problem was, but he continued to check to make sure he was right. His service and prices are the best around. I will definitely bring my car back when service is needed.

OMG, I love this place. They are honest and they know their stuff. The Boss, Yvonne, knows her way around an auto and she will not steer you wrong. I am impressed with their desire to solve your problem and not just present you with a bill. I met the master mechanic, Angel, and he is also wonderful. They are honest and I would recommend them to my family and friends. They are not like so many places today, where you go in for an oil change and they mysteriously find $500 worth of little problems that don't really need fixing, but they want you to know about them. If Yvonne cannot help you, she will refer you to someone who can. THANKS MUCH!!

Great service! We were stuck in Cape Coral coming from Orlando and although it was a Sunday, he still came to help us out just because he said he knows what it’s like to be stuck somewhere. Jose helped me out of a bind. He is a class act. Informative, and gave me the worst case scenario so I had expectation prior to starting repair, unlike a well known auto shop in Cape Coral who quoted me a “best case scenario” with no mention of potential costs and circumstances that ended up costing me 3k rather than the quoted 1,600. Him and his wife are good people. Using him in a few weeks for a few more things that need to be taken care of. They will work with you. Needed a good mechanic in the area and now I got one. Not all garages will help you to understand what’s going on with your car but here they take the time to make sure you clearly know what is needed. They will send photos or videos to show you their findings. They have been busy but it only means they are trusted and hard working. Affordable for what the vehicle requires yet they have financing to make sure you can get the car fixed. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced with them because genuine mechanics are hard to find. The front office receptionist is friendly and courteous. Thank you Garage. My car is grateful.

I just picked my car up from this shop yesterday after bringing it in to repair my brakes and to my surprise there was noticeable damage to the interior of my vehicle - animal droppings, the seal around my front passenger window was chewed through and so was the back driver side seatbelt. i then brought up the damage that happened to my vehicle while it was in their care and Ivonne claimed no one had been in the car or noticed the damage at all, basically refusing to take accountability for the damage. then, she had her husband call me to ask how he can help... only to then talk over me and make jokes about "catching the rat and charging it for the damage." I asked that they either repair the damages or reimburse me for the damages and he didn't agree to either of those things but instead tried to come up with any possible reason as to why it isn't their fault. He, just like his wife, was basically saying none of it is their responsibility and he even tried to imply that i caused the damage myself or i brought a rat to the shop in my car. He then said he doesn't know what's right and wrong when it comes to my car being in his possession because he's not a lawyer and i told him he may need a lawyer because i'm considering taking legal action for the damages. After I mentioned that, he became clearly bothered and annoyed so he continued to make jokes and speak over me instead of offering to rectify the situation. Regardless of who caused the damage or how it happened, the point is my car was their responsibility as long as it was in their possession and they refuse to acknowledge that. It was an EXTREMELY unprofessional exchange and I'll never recommend this shop to anyone nor would I go there again.
