Prompt, professional and handled a 4 tire replacement for one of our fleet vehicles. Highly recommend! Updating my review the morning after , the tires and the service were great, but somebody really needs to keep an eye on these guys, they had no business being in my backseat other than the driver door because everything was locked, I had something attached to the door a certain way, and they pulled the door open when they had zero business being in there and broke the handle lock panel , not even going to bother, bringing it back because of what the other reviews say but make sure you don’t leave anything valuable in your car when you take it to them

I went to Firestone for the first time to service my car, and the experience was excellent! The lady at the front provided great customer service, and Jadian Barrera assisted me wonderfully throughout the process. They even helped me with a nail in my tire at no charge! Amazing service all around — I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

I can’t give more stars or I would. I bring all my out of warranty vehicles here and I’ve had many. Once I came in swearing I needed new brakes on my RAM and They actually told me I did not. You can’t get better than that. I also had a repair where the part died and they took care of it for me right away, warranty, and all. Finally, when I went in to get some new tires, they actually shopped around for me because I wanted a specific set of tires and they got me the best price. I cannot recommend this shop enough. I really appreciate the service I get there.

Second time I made a appointment for oil change at this location, both times I had to wait for over 2 hours. This time I was informed that I have a small oil leak that was not there prior to my appointment. The service man was not able to install a new part to stop the leak, he is ordering a replacement part that I have to come back for. Will let you know how that works out.

They once took over 8 hours just to align my truck tires. Tires were already on the vehicle. And the end result sucked anyway. They’re consistently hours extra from their quoted times. They put you on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time when you call and then sometimes hang up on you anyway. And today they forgot to put my locking lug adapter back in the vehicle so I had to come all the way back after I got home and realized it wasn’t in there. Bottom line is they do crappy work, the mechanics are not very good. In my opinion at least from the experiences I have had, and they are way over busy and cannot handle the amount of appointments and phone calls that come in and it has been this way for over three or four years now. The only plus I will say is the customer service you receive in person is usually very good. But it obviously does not make up for the entire experience.

This place use to be Good when Rick Hansen was here, but now this place is not the same anymore. The workers here are not friendly and I brought my vehicle in for a check up they fixed my spark plugs and checked my breaks but they never cleaned my air filters and never changed my oil. They said they did but I found out after I kept having problems with my oil and went to a different place where they showed me that my oil was not changed, the air filters where very dirty and also they never put windshield fluid in my vehicle either. Ridiculous!!! This would never have happened if Rick Hansen was there. I will never come back here ever again!!!

I scheduled an appointment with my make and model information. Firestone called to confirm. I arrived early to find they were behind. Then was informed they do not have the materials required to preform the job, and would need additional time. I find this very frustrating. This is the 3rd and final time I would be willing to try this location; the sister location on Hancock was a much smoother experience.

Made an appointment and when I showed up on time. The front counter attendant had no one in line and had to wait almost 20 minutes before getting service so Injust walked out and went to 5 min Oil change on Santa Barbara and was in an out in a jiffy! I don’t recommend Firestone, they used to be good but their front clerk servicr now is horrible

I’ve been there multiple times and when it comes to the crew and staff (Garrit Schoener )and (Vince) and honestly one of their best price comes with when you decide to get your alignment for a lifetime for only $200. I usually buy my own tires and have them install it and it is extremely cheap and professional compared to other mechanics they over and beyond when it comes to answering your questions

I hated giving you these scores as I’ve been a very loyal customer for five plus years and three vehicles. I bought my 2017 Mazda CX-5 in for a 75k service. The advisor let me know that my rear brakes were down to 4mm and the rotors scored so I gave the ok to replace. My total bill was over $1,300. The next morning, my brakes warning lights on the dash were flashing and the parking brake would not disengage. The car was unsafe to drive. I got it back to you that same morning and after a few hours was informed that the tech didn’t reset the brakes electronic brain as required which caused the issue. Just unacceptable. My last trip to you a few weeks ago with my Honda Pilot for a simple oil change also bought me back a second time due to an oil leak from the filter area. Turns out it was residual from the work. Again, unacceptable. I’ve given many great reviews for you in the past and recommended many customers. Not sure I can do thiat anymore.

Firestone is a great place to get your car serviced or repaired. But with the recent changes in management things are not the same as before when Rick, Jeremy, Holly and Devin were there. It’s nice to still see Tyre there as his service is also great. All the best for this Firestone, Cape Coral Location
