I have a 2017 Honda Civic Touring Model. I went to my Honda Dealer and they wanted over 200 for an oil change and air filter replacement. I thought this was high so I got a quote from Jim at CBS Auto off 19th ave. Jim DID THE SAME SERVICE FOR 60$ AND CHECKED OUT MY CAR. FAST SERVICE! USED SURPRISINGLY HIGH TECH!!!

They are a busy shop, part of that is due to great word-of-mouth business and part of that is due to them wanting to do the job right. They replaced my transmission. It took them about 3 weeks, but I believe that they did good & honest work and that's what was most important to me. Each time the estimated completion date was pushed back, I actually felt more confident that I was dealing with an honest shop and that they wanted to do the job right instead of just making money or having good numbers to show a corporate office. Because it took longer than expected, they offered me a loaner car and other things to make it right.

I brought my car in with many computer and check-engine-light problems because I needed to get it to pass emissions testing. They used their computer-diagnostic scanner the moment I arrived to know exactly what needed to be done. They said they would have it ready the same day. Not only did they keep their promise and have it completed the same day, they fixed every issue at a fair price so that it now runs like a dream, and my car passed emissions testing that same day. They kept their word and gave me peace of mind driving my car now! I'll definitely use them again!

I have been coming here for the last few years. It is so hard to fin honest mechanics. They always find the problem and have the lowest prices by far in town and i’ve compared them to the dealerships and others.They try to work with your schedule. A shout out to Jim for helping me out.

Went there on a recommendation, I'm a retired mechanic but did not have the time with my current work schedule to replace starter on daughters car. Took car there I had already bought the parts. Was told 230 dollars for job. Was a little high on price but didn't argue. I also asked to have pressure check on engine done prior to install because of suspicion that edge had a bad head or gasket. Was told job would be done next day. 2 days later after no call I stopped in, car still sitting in same place. This went on for approximately 5 weeks or more. I eventually called told the I was picking car up next day don't do the work. I showed up to pick car up, Jim has it in the shop up on the lift. Said it would be done in the morning. I was mad. I left 3 days later I get call car is ready but won't start. I ask if he did the pressure check to see if head was leaking or if engine was locked up. He says no, but will do that. A couple days later he calls and says heads are both bad there leaking water. He gives me price of 3500 to fix. I laughed. I went down there to get car and he wants 650

I have a BMW 2014 328i I took in for service. I thought I should check around as the BMW Dealer off Camelback Rd quoted me 1400 for the front and rear brake replacement pads that included new rotors on that price, plus Id have to ad tax on that so Id be around 1500.00. I went to CBS Auto Repair. I got this entire brake job done for 575$!!!!!!!!. These brakes are awesome!! and smooth to the touch when I brake. I'm so happy I got a second opinion as CBS Auto Repair saved me 925$!!!!!!. There was a guy named Jim who works there, he was super nice. There is a little table where I sat and waited, and around lunch time, he had a driver drop me off at a local eatery called Mothers, the food was awesome and they picked me up when I was done eating lunch and drove me back to the shop. I would highly recommend this place, their prices are really in-line super fair!!!. This shop is 100% honest, no need to look any further if you need any car work done, its worth the drive hands down!!

Jim the owner is a family friend we have known for years. My mom referred me to him. Amazing price . Grateful for him and the mechanic. The ac needed repaired. Two days later I'm driving around. Worries free. The mechanic noticed a power steering hose leak. Fixed the hose and wiped clean access fluid. No extra charge. They go above or beyond expectations.
