We drove all the way from San Tan Valley to check out a car that Volkswagen North Scottsdale had in their inventory. Karson Vigil was the easiest sales associate to work with and really went to bat for us regarding our trade. I'm 100% happy with how things turned out with our trade towards our new (to us) 2023 Prius Prime. Although our trade was a little older and had a solid amount of miles on it, we feel that the trade price towards our Prius was fair, especially the offer given to us at a dealer. Other dealers quoted us pretty unfairly and not even close to KBB value. Enough about that though, i could go on all day about how great the experience was. Karson was our first point of contact when reaching out to Volkswagen North Scottsdale. He let me know that they don't haggle on prices and that the price that they list vehicles are as is. The only "extra" cost that would come up is the typical tax, title, and license fee which is required. Though we had an appointment at 9:30am they day after contacting the dealership, Karson went out of his way to send us a personal video of the car which included a walk-around, features, and start up of the car to make sure everything was working correctly. I don't know of any other dealership that would do this. He even went out of his way to charge the battery of the car for us so that it would be ready for a test drive as the car is an EV/ Hybrid. Karson seriously went out of his way to do everything for us to make sure that the test drive and sale of the car went smoothly. Even though the car we bought wasn't a Volkswagen, he was familiar with it and answered every question we threw at him about the car. Now, onto the financing end of things. After our amazing test drive and trade, we were paired up with Erik Usoro. We let Erik know that we weren't interested in financing and he understood that. There was no pressure to finance as we weren't wanting to finance. Erik walked us through the purchasing process with ease and has everything ready for us. We spent very little time in the office with him because of this. The paperwork (all digital) was accurate and no mistakes were made. This was a very smooth process. From start to finish, we only spent about two, MAYBE two and a half hours at the dealership and that includes the test drive and then we were back on the road. I've never had such an easy vehicle purchase in my life. I would absolutely recommend Volkswagen North Scottsdale to friends and family.

I usually don’t leave reviews, so the fact I am speaks volume. Worst experience at this VW location even just for routine maintenance. Would never recommend coming here for any type of service on your vehicle. I purchased my vehicle at Berge VW located in Gilbert and had an amazing experience, but since then have moved up here and figured getting service done here wouldn’t be too bad. Safe to say I’ll be making the drive down there to get my car serviced. There’s a million other places to go near by, pick any of those.

Service advisor Gabriel Amaya and the Service Department at Volkswagen of North Scottsdale are really the best. AAA was able to tow my vehicle here. I barely made it before closing time. I ran over a piece of equipment debris left in the road by the City of Scottsdale Paving Improvement Project crew and it left a huge slash in my right front tire. I was relieved when Service Advisor Gabriel Amaya took care of my transportation problem to and from my home. Gabriel waited with me to make sure an Uber came to take me home. The next day the Service Department sent a video of the damages of my Volkswagen 2022 Taos and the tire was replaced making it possible to get to my doctor visits on time. I appreciate the expertise of everyone who helped me get my car back on the road and I just wanted to let you know how much I value Volkswagen North Scottsdale. Service dept is awesome. Got a next day appt by scheduling online. Came in with a check engine light, they fixed it quick and identified (+ fixed) another issue as well. Everything was covered under warranty but they still reached out to confirm moving forward with service. They send you videos of everything they’re performing service on, give you an update on tire treads, fluid levels etc. Top tier service team, the best in town for sure. I recently bought a 2025 Taos from Dave Seger at VW North Scottsdale. I had called before coming to look at the car and Dave had it ready for me to test drive as soon as I arrived. He was a wealth of information about the vehicle. He explained the new technology to me and even said he would give me a tutorial to help explain all the Taos has to offer. Dave never pressured me like most car salesmen do. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and took time to answer all my questions. After all was said and done my wonderful new Taos was waiting for me gassed up, clean, and ready to go. In the future I will definitely purchase another Volkswagen from Dave Seger. I brought my vehicle to North Scottsdale Volkswagen for a routine oil change, and during the service they stripped my oil pan. I was then told the entire oil pan had to be replaced, turning a basic maintenance visit into an $800 repair. I was initially told my vehicle wouldn’t be ready until after the weekend. However, once I began questioning how this happened during a standard oil change, the repair was suddenly completed in less than half a day and I was sent on my way. That inconsistency raised serious concerns. When I picked up my car, the engine light was still on, and the vehicle was returned dirty. After spending $800, I would expect at minimum a proper diagnostic and basic customer care, including something as simple as running the car through the wash. During the discussion about payment, I was spoken to in a dismissive manner and told that “nothing is free in this world,”. That felt unprofessional and inappropriate, especially given the circumstances. I would strongly encourage others to think twice before bringing their vehicle here for maintenance. Based on my experience, the level of service, accountability, and professionalism fell well below what I expect from a Volkswagen dealership.
