OK, these guys are the real deal. I requested an online estimate and shortly after they called. Hovik apologized that he could not work on my Tesla. After a brief conversation, he offered to have his team buff out the marks for free!!! I went over later that afternoon. They took my car immediately, buffed it out, and it looks great. Tesla is like the mafia when it comes to protecting their turf, so I completely understand why Hovik doesn't want to pay them off so he can repair Teslas, but I will be back with my other cars for sure.

I requested an estimate through the website and received a response within an hour. When I went to the shop to do paperwork and give a deposit to order the part, it turned out they already had the part there and were able to make the repair on the spot in less than 30-minutes. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE ALL THE WAY THROUGH! My RAM truck recently received hail damage that required a new hood due to the extent of the damage. I chose USA Collision in Phoenix based upon reviews, and I am very glad I did. Initial contact was via email in which Hovik replied to me very quickly, and throughly. We exchanged emails and I chose USA Collision to do the work. Hovik worked with my schedule to get the new hood, paint it (perfect match) and install it where and when he promised to. A true professional! The work was flawless and the price extremely fair. Prior to retirement, I ran a company where everyone was asked to followed these simple guidelines: 1) Say what it is you are going to do. 2) Do what it is you said you would do. 3) Be punctual & polite. If followed, those simple rules can make a world class company. Hovik did all of those things every step of the way. I’m hoping I don’t have future need for collision repair, but I can assure you that if I do I will use USA Collision. FIVE STAR RATING! TRULY PROFESSIONAL!

Absolutely amazed by the service. Hovik the Production Manager is a great guy that truly has your best interests at heart. I was rear ended and the insurance company of the at fault driver sent me to a collision center that didn’t have any attention to detail and tried to low ball me on the work entailed to get back to 100%. I came here told Hovik my issue and what I wanted. He ensured that I got the aftermarket bumper I wanted AND even did the front bumper completely covered by the at fault insurance. I have worked in the service industry my entire life so I can confidently say, he knows how to take care of his customers/clients! Him and the team went above and beyond for my truck got everything handled for me I didn’t have to lift a finger. They even detailed the interior! If you’re looking for professionals that will take care of your vehicle these are the guys.

I recently had my car repaired at USA Collision after hitting a deer - front driver's side fender, bumper, grill, headlight. I chose USA Collision to have it repaired, because of good reviews. And I could not be more pleased with how the whole process went. My first contact was with Hovik, and he ended up assisting me throughout the entire process. I dealt with no one else but him. This seemed to make the whole process run so much smoother. Hovik kept me updated on the repairs throughout the entire process. I was never left wondering. He handled all of the correspondence with the insurance company for any issues that arose. I never had to speak to the insurance company once, after the initial claim-filing. We had to use aftermarket parts because my insurance wouldn't cover OEM. But the work was so well done, that it's unnoticeable. Everything looks factory new. I was particularly worried about the paint, as I know it's notoriously a difficult paint to match - and the paint guy absolutely nailed it! Thank you paint guy! Thank you to all of the mechanics & techs, and the whole rest of the staff! Hovik is a true pro - give that guy a raise! Easily best car repair experience

I had the pleasure of working with Hovik at USA Collision on repairing my convertible Mustang. I was hit by another driver and the rear driver’s side panel and wheel were damaged. STRONGLY advise others to stay far away from this business. My vehicle was left in the care of a repair shop Half Price Auto Repair (they don’t have cameras nor any knowledge of how it was damaged) that this company selected and trusted, and my car was subsequently damaged while in their custody. Dave, the owner, has been extremely unprofessional and DISGUSTINGLY RUDE throughout this process. He has repeatedly hung up on me and has refused to provide clear information regarding what was done to my vehicle or even where my car is currently being held. Due to the seriousness of this situation, I have been forced to contact the authorities and am in the process of consulting with an attorney. This matter is still unresolved as of February 6, 2026 since OCTOBER 2025!!!!! Based on my experience, this company is unreliable, unprofessional, and not to be trusted with your vehicle or your business.
