Came in early in the morning to replace my starter on my Honda accord and it took only about an hour and 45 mins which included them ordering a part to the store. Very quick service and everyone was very nice!

Bro I called to set up an appointment and make sure everything was good with my warranty silver rock knowing they had a partnership with big o and they just recommended this location to make it convenient for me and said there shouldn’t be any problems but the second I started asking about how the warranty works with a big o employee they said they aren’t taking the warranty anymore because it’s to much of a hassle per management and then started back tracking asking what the problem was and said they could look into it but they don’t want to because of the warranty potentially take 3 days to get approved. On top of that every time I was in the middle of asking something or bringing up a point the young man on the phone continuously interrupted and wouldn’t let me speak especially when I brought up that he was back tracking on what he said about the warranty and not being able to use it .sad and disappointing big o let my gf crap out on crappy repairs but the second I want to give them a second shot they don’t want to help even tho i went through there partners channels to get help and they don’t want to honor it.

I have taken my VW Atlas There since the warranty gave out at my dealership, they have been nothing but professional and have worked with me on making sure the car is always running it’s best. There’s never any hidden fees they’re always honest and professional. I would recommend them to just about anybody. They go above and beyond, especially when I have been in a bind.

Got my tacoma oil change today 9/13/2025 pick up at 2:30pm and drive 2miles to my house and park it. Can home from dinner and seen oil under my truck The oil is leaking from the drain plug. There’s no gasket on the drain plug in my oil is low now so now they could’ve messed up my motor because it’s a 2023 Tacoma very unhappy.

Stopped in while transporting my classic ‘67 Porsche from California to Tennessee fresh from the paint shop. Somehow a front shock had dislodged from it’s top bracket and got stuck under the fender. Michael was amazing! He was very patient with me and the car and helped me get it extended back into place, we got it cinched down while it was still in my trailer and I was back on the road. Michael saved the day! Overall a very helpful location.

I've had my Tundra 4 years now and they are the only ones I take it in for any service or repairs. I believe his name is Jude sorry if I got that wrong but he definitely takes his job above and beyond when it comes to knowledge and customer service he really knows how to break it down for you so you know exactly what you're getting and for that, I appreciate that and is one of the main reasons why ill always go there. Thank you, guys..

Brought my car in for brake inspection. They were able to quickly give me a diagnosis as well as a total and point out some additional safety concerns. Overall service was excellent

I came in because my heat wasn't working in my truck. Turned out to be the heater core. They finished it the same day. Quick and easy and less then the dealer and discount quoted me. Great service and prices

Went in for valve stem replacement on a Friday night, which was probably my first mistake as everyone probably wanted to go home. Received my Jeep back with as little as 10 lbs of pressure in the tires. Took it back the next day as they had also forgotten to fix one of the valve stems and a kid who couldn't drive a manual transmission put it into reverse and spun the clutch to the point it smoked. Management did nothing, and said they would call the police if I didn't leave. While I never once raised my voice, the manager spoke very slowly and asked me if I knew how a clutch worked (sometimes being a woman causes auto places to be rude) and that if it still shifted it was fine. He became emotional at my request for some kind of discount. Very unprofessional. Guess maybe I should have been loud and crazy...maybe it would have helped me be heard, but that isn't me. Just an FYI for the next customers, they have no accountability for their mistakes. The manager wanted to test drive my vehicle after he had stated if it shifted it was not damaged...asked him what he would be looking for, which he couldn't articulate. Why would I turn over my vehicle to a team who had repeatedly done shoddy work and who was emotional. His manager John had vouched for the employee error with how the employee damaged my clutch. In summary, no accountability, apology or any kind of rebate of the fees they collected.

You know how some people don’t believe in angles or that kindness still exists? Well they did not meet Andrew rinehart at big ol tires ! I came with a flat tire (of course I didn’t have all the funds to fix the tires due to hard times being hard) but instead of letting me walk away he actually came to the car and did. Not let me pull off called me back in & told me not worry bout it when I tell you I’ve never been to a tire shop where someone had the courtesy Andrew had I’ve never been ! That was a huge blessing for today ! And I really thank him Andrew rinehart all I can say if you see this man is to keep your kind heart! God will always bless you and you blessed me today thank you so much !

I came to Big O with my tire light on which would not go away. Luckily it was a cheap fix to replace a burnt out bulb. Team was excellent and as always great pleasure to deal with. What I really like and appreciate about this particular business is they will never rip you off like an actual dealer might.

I believe big0 did the best they could on my Nissan 350z I came in with a bad pull to the right caused by the rear of the car, and they were able to slightly loosen it to make the pull less sharp. I believe personally there could have been more done since the car still has quite a bad right pull, and I still had some red marks on my alignment after the service, but the customer service was great and all around big0 is a very welcoming environment

Jeff and Judah were incredibly helpful in figuring out what was going on with my car. I heard a scratching sound coming from one of my tires, and we noticed an oddly shaped rod that appeared to be stuck. We didn’t want to pull it out ourselves in case it was something important. I brought the car in, and they quickly identified the issue and had me back on the road within 10 minutes. They were honest, efficient, and never tried to upcharge or pressure me into unnecessary services. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Big O Tires for years and never had any problems. They have always responded well in the past. In fact, the shop where I usually get my general mechanic work done is nearby, and whenever they need alignments for their customers’ vehicles, they take them to Big O Tires because it’s the closest shop and they’ve always had good results. This time, however, I took my vehicle in for an alignment, and when I got it back, the Tracking Control Light was on. When I mentioned it at the counter, the supervisor just told me they “didn’t touch anything electrical” and that they “only aligned the vehicle.” After researching, I found this is actually a common issue for many Toyota Tacoma owners after an alignment, which shows it is service-related. To confirm, I went back to my regular mechanic shop, and they told me this was not the first time they had seen this problem after a customer went to Big O Tires. They were able to fix it right away. This makes me believe that at Big O Tires, either the mechanics don’t know what they are doing, or they are simply not doing the job correctly. It is very unprofessional to return my vehicle with a problem that didn’t exist before, and for the manager to deny any responsibility. Because of this experience, I can no longer recommend this location, and I won’t be coming back.

Google Review – Big O Tires (Cave Creek & Phoenix, AZ) I trusted Big O Tires as automotive professionals because I do not have a mechanical background and relied on their expertise to keep my vehicle safe. Instead, over the course of three months, my vehicle was severely disabled by a team unable to perform the level of work they undertook—and those errors were later protected by another team under the same franchise rather than corrected. This matter is now under a formal Better Business Bureau complaint: BBB Case ID #: 24357302 (Filed 01/06/2026) ⸻ Locations & Management Involved Big O Tires – Cave Creek 5355 E Carefree Hwy, Building C Cave Creek, AZ 85331 Store Manager: Kris Maxie Big O Tires – Phoenix 21029 N Cave Creek Rd Phoenix, AZ 85024 Store Manager: Jeff Hunter General Manager (both locations): Blade Bush Regional Manager: Mike Sharpe ⸻ Serious Safety, Repair, and Oversight Failures As a woman in my 60s doing the best I can without a mechanical background, I trusted Big O Tires to act competently and ethically. Instead, I experienced repeated misrepresentation of repairs, dismissal of safety concerns, and pressure to accept incomplete or incorrect work. I am deeply concerned this conduct may affect other customers. Documented issues include: • Wrong transmission fluid was used; this was not acknowledged when a new transmission was presented as “necessary,” omitting the true cause • Transmission replacement forced me into an extended rental car • Vehicle shudders violently when AC is on, making it feel unsafe • AC compressor was under warranty, yet I was charged for a new one • Compressor replacement was double-billed and immediately followed by severe shaking • Work was performed involving airbag systems • I was later told Big O does not handle airbags due to lack of certification • I was also told airbag work had been performed by a non-certified technician • Warning lights were repeatedly dismissed and later tied to airbags not functioning • Steering components were left unsafe, including screws not replaced and later described as hazardous • Vehicle returned with missing or unsecured hardware, including an engine protection plate left hanging • Horn and cruise control failures were not properly repaired • Multiple return visits were required due to errors from work performed the prior day; many visits were not documented • An incorrect belt was installed, causing the vehicle to break down and require towing • When I requested safety issues be resolved, I was instead offered an oil change • At the Cave Creek location, the manager was frequently not on site, and vehicles appeared to be worked on without direct supervision • I was told management knew errors were occurring but could be fixed—yet they were not • All warning lights remain on • Although verbally stated to be “safe,” this is my only transportation and I have lost all trust. I am taking my life on the freeway in a vehicle ablaze with warning lights I was told to “monitor.” ⸻ Lack of Corporate Response • I contacted the Big O consumer complaint line on 11/23 • No one from corporate or regional management contacted me • I was given a $700 check for non-certified airbag work, which felt less like a resolution and more like being told to go away—while my vehicle remained unsafe ⸻ Financial Impact Between transmission replacement, repeated repairs, towing, rental car costs, and related expenses, the financial impact exceeds $18,000, yet the vehicle remains unresolved and unsafe. ⸻ Final Statement I trusted this company because I am not a mechanic and relied on their professional expertise. Instead, my car was compromised by work beyond the team’s capabilities, and those failures were protected rather than corrected. This is not professionalism. This is not accountability. This is not acceptable. Shame on you.
