We had a great experience at this dealership. No BS straight up easy negotiations and the staff were extremely friendly. Thank you AJ, thank you Nate and thank you Robert for making it easy to purchase a vehicle.

I have been to Porsche North Scottsdale several times over the past few years and the Service Department is the WORST!! I rarely write reviews but my experiences here have been horrible. The latest visit was so bad I felt others need to know. I have a 2020 Porsche under CPO warranty. The Sunroof Tilt button was not working correctly. It would get stuck in the down position. Tapping on it could get it to work but obviously there was an issue. I scheduled my appointment which was one month out for first available. My service advisor was Jaime Avila. After just a few hours after dropping the car off I was told that the button was not covered under warranty and they would charge almost $1300 to fix it if I wanted it done. They claimed that a "sticky substance" had spilled into the button area. I am meticulous about my cars and so was the prior owner so I know this was simply a LIE. I asked them how they determined this and they said they shined a light along the edges of the button. They did not disassemble to even look. Keep in mind that button has less than 1mm in clearance around it. Super tight fit. I did not have the work done and went to pick up the car. Once at the dealership, I used a bright light to also look around the button. It was clean as a whistle. I asked for the manager and tried showing him but he didn't care to even look. Only on the 4th time asking him did he do so. He agreed that he didn't see anything. However, the manager told me that these buttons only stick if something is spilled in them. There could be no other reason. He agreed to speak with a technician and promised to get back to me that afternoon to see if it could be opened to assess it. He never followed up. Jamie Avila had texted me earlier that to access the buttons would cause the switches to break and they would need to be replaced. I have this in writing!! After getting home I googled how to access the button and found a video online which shows how incredibly easy it is. After opening up the area there were NO spills or substances. The issue was simply that 1 of the 2 springs that pushes the button back up had come off. The 1 spring left attached was pushing this up at an angle now which was binding the switch and making it stick in the slot. It took me all of 20 minutes to open this up and reattach the spring and put it back together. THIS DEALERSHIP IS TRYING TO SCAM CUSTOMERS INTO PAYING FOR UNNECESSARY REPAIRS. They claim that Porsche is very strict and would not cover opening up the area if something foreign was found inside. This is crazy since it took no time to check. They didn't even bother. Their lack of professionalism and willingness to do the right thing when I showed them nothing was there is awful. BEWARE of this dealership trying to scam money from you. They prey on owners that may not know better. I hope this helps somebody!

was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Porsche dealership. I called Porsche North Scottsdale to ask the cost for the standard 40k service on my Macan GTS and was quoted $2,900. The price seemed unusually high, so I called another the certified dealership where I bought my Macan GTS and they quoted me $451 for the exact same 40k service. The difference was shocking. I expect transparency and fair pricing from a premium brand, and this experience made me feel taken advantage of rather than valued as a customer. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Buyers and owners should double-check pricing before committing to service here. Attach
