We had a great experience at this dealership. No BS straight up easy negotiations and the staff were extremely friendly. Thank you AJ, thank you Nate and thank you Robert for making it easy to purchase a vehicle.

was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Porsche dealership. I called Porsche North Scottsdale to ask the cost for the standard 40k service on my Macan GTS and was quoted $2,900. The price seemed unusually high, so I called another the certified dealership where I bought my Macan GTS and they quoted me $451 for the exact same 40k service. The difference was shocking. I expect transparency and fair pricing from a premium brand, and this experience made me feel taken advantage of rather than valued as a customer. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Buyers and owners should double-check pricing before committing to service here. Attach

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Porsche North Scottsdale. We are a long-time Porsche family (Panamera, Cayenne, 911 and now a 2024 Macan), but this dealership’s service has been the worst we’ve encountered in over a decade. Our Macan was purchased brand-new on October 31, 2024. The very next day we found scratches on the clear coat and dirt circles inside the rear liftgate and window. They detailed it but gave no explanation. Fast forward 10 months: after returning from vacation (with the Macan on a Porsche Battery Maintainer, as we’ve always done), the car wouldn’t start. AAA got it running, but it immediately threw multiple warnings- drive with caution, service required, park vehicle safely- and the steering became unsafe. We had to tow it in at our own expense. The dealership told us we needed an $800+ new battery and that it wasn’t covered under warranty because we didn’t meet Porsche’s “recommended mileage” of 500 miles/month. We were literally a few miles short-because the car failed before we could take it on a planned trip. They are slicing hairs to avoid responsibility. To make matters worse, we were told we shouldn’t use the cigarette-lighter adapter for the Porsche Battery Maintainer- even though Porsche sells it with that adapter. Their explanation: “Porsche needs to change that.” Seriously? From the salesperson to the service advisor to the customer service rep, the attitude has been consistently arrogant and dismissive. Completely unacceptable for a brand that claims to care about quality and loyalty. We expected Porsche-level service. Instead we got excuses, blame-shifting and zero accountability. Do better, Porsche.

BUYER BEWARE. This dealership does not stand up to their promises. I went into have my Porsche serviced roughly 4 years ago, and while waiting I saw a 2020 GT4 that I really liked, fully loaded with all the options and track ready! I was very happy about dropping $144,900 on the car because Mark Siffert assured me that this car would never lose value if I kept the mileage low. He stated if I ever wanted to sell it, bring it back to him and he would pay the same or more for the car. He SOLD ME! Surprise, surprise, he was not honest 4 years later. I asked him for a trade last weekend on a 2023 Spyder, double mileage, and less options, including no PCCB. (Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake) which I have on my GT4. It’s a $8K option, as he told me when I bought the GT4. Porsche offered me $105,000 for the GT4. I said no way, what about your promise to me, and Porsche’s core value that their cars will hold their value? He then said we want to work with you and we will give you $111,000. My GT4 has 5,500 miles on it. He says, you have to understand that you bought your car during COVID and things were different. Deceptive sales practices. I have spoken to a lot of Porsche owners in the Porsche community in the US and Europe, and they all say, DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES.

Been on a waiting list for about 1.5 years. I call to see check the status of ordering a new car. Cole tells me there is no list and unlikely to get that model or close. I wish I would have known, would not have wasted a year. Do not purchase from here as they only care for thier close circle. Recommend going to arrowhead or chandler both store's said that would not happen there and they have a lot of clients that came for the same reason. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!

The most amazing car buying experience in my lifetime! My sales rep, Cole, could not have done anything more. Bent over backwards answering every question imaginable, trust me folks I had a GINORMOUS list. Christian kindly went over all the financials and final paperwork informing me of additional options I may need to cover my beautiful new vehicle. I will not even consider a different dealership when I am in the market for my next vehicle. Loyal to them for the duration!! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!

Ken Schwagerman was my salesperson and he was extremely knowledgeable and pleasurable to work with. I was very happy with my experience. I also had the opportunity to interact with Brad, the general manager, and he was wonderful to deal with. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

This is my 3rd time at the Porsche Dealer Scottsdale for a service. My service agent is Michael Sarantidis, a lovely gentleman. He took care of us right away the moment we arrived. Since I was already impressed with how nice the place was when we dropped the car, I brought my mom from the Philippines along so she could see it herself. This time around, my Porsche Coupe 911 was being serviced. Since this was my first service on this car, I was very impressed with the new Porsche Scottsdale location. I am flabbergasted, to say the least, about how nice it is in this new location. I felt like going to The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo. That day, I couldn't stop talking about it with my bodyguard. Also, while we arrived early to pick up the car and were not quite ready, we bought some souvenirs upstairs on the 2nd floor. I can't believe Porsche Scottsdale now has an electric bike, shoes, etc. We bought some coffee cups, bags, caps, and key chains. Also, on the 2nd floor, you can see all the cars being worked on, and it is just so beautiful. Besides that, you can have coffee while waiting for your vehicle. This is the best place I've ever been. I also owned cars besides the Porsche Cayenne and a Porsche Coupe 911; I also have a Land Rover Defender but promised to buy only a Porsche car and nothing else that day. Thank you, Porsche Scottsdale. Elleen Cantin

I’m so terribly disappointed!!! I brought my 2021 Cayenne S for service and was completely rushed upon arrival. I told the young man that I just drove 3.5 hours and that my vehicle was going to be there for several days as I needed to gather my stuff and thoughts as I had an early morning flight. He kept repeating himself that he could take me to the service person. I told him I’d find my own way as I needed to inspect my car for all of my belongings etc. I did get help with an uber paid for by the dealership and that was great. I was gone 3 days and on day 2 my husband paid with our CC over $2,400 for the work. I returned on day 3 to pickup my car with a screenshot of receipt of payment. Cashier repeatedly told me that our CC payment was the only one declined for the previous day so I called my husband and no—it was on our CC. Super embarrassing especially since on our end, this charge went through. The young lady said she had no manager to ask for help and couldn’t release my car. I needed my car so I paid again and figured I would rely on the CC to straighten out. The girl told me to find a guy with a red or black shirt to get my car—what the heck is she talking about? I went back and asked where I was to go and she said she didn’t know. I do think she knows but she did start helping the customer behind me and didn’t care to help me. Somehow I was dinged as a customer with ‘the declined credit card’. Which is not true. Went through twice. Our CC company said that one of the charges was reversed by the dealership. I then saw my car go across the front of the dealership so I walked outside and it was nowhere in sight so I walked around for a bit. Still unable to find it. We have car our 911 and Cayenne both here a few times and all the other times someone made sure we got our vehicles back. I walked into the service bay and they were not listening. Completely dismissive. I finally got pointed in the right direction to get my car. No help or respect. No one walked me to the car or asked how I was or if I had questions etc. I was promised some additional information on a repair that wasn’t able to be done and didn’t receive that information. I had to go back and ask for it which is human. They forgot. I did get that information. We will be going to Chandler or Glendale and when it’s time for an upgrade, we won’t do business at Porsche North Scottsdale.

Exceptional Experience with Porsche Scottsdale I recently purchased a car through Mike Connolly and his team at Porsche Scottsdale, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Mike was exceptionally prompt, cordial, and transparent throughout the entire process. He worked collaboratively with me to negotiate a fair price and made the purchasing experience feel effortless rather than stressful. The team also helped coordinate shipping the car, and everything was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. I truly felt taken care of at every step. If you’re considering a purchase from out of state—or just want a dealership that treats you with respect and integrity—I highly recommend working with Mike and the Porsche Scottsdale team.

Phenomenal experience; AJ Anand was an excellent salesman, never pushy and fully informative. Great options on the lot. Beautiful, clean dealership. The one in Chandler was awful and I hated Chris and Candi the aggressive arrogant unhelpful sales people. Porsche North Scottsdale is the absolute best place to buy a Porsche. I got a black 2023 CPO Cayenne and it was immaculately clean. Christian was detailed, honest, and helpful in finance too. And I met the sales manager who was also very good to me. I went back for new wiper blades (my fault, broke at a car wash) and Juan in Wholesale Parts was also super helpful and courteous. Great guy and I had a great experience. Prices were all fair too. I’ll be back to buy my assistant a white Porsche for her bonus next year!

Extremely Disappointed in Service Experience Brought my Porsche 911 — in pristine condition with under 36,000 miles — in for multiple warning lights and a “Do Not Drive” message. I even showed them a clear video of the issue. The dealership kept my car for two days and still couldn’t identify the problem. Instead of finding a cause, they simply plugged it in, reset the computer, and charged me hundreds of dollars, including an unnecessary key-fob fee. I wasn’t reimbursed for the $300+ tow they advised me to do — and when I asked what to do if it happened again, I was told to “just tow it back.” No empathy. No accountability. When I picked up my vehicle, no one offered to review the service or walk me to my car. I waited 45 minutes while several employees stood around chatting. For a Porsche dealership, this was an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience.

N Scottsdale Porsche is an incredible business. Meredith did an amazing job helping us buy our new Cayenne. She is not a typical sales person. She is personable, knowledgeable, kind, patient, trustworthy, professional and thoughtful. By the end of the experience, we felt like friends. She made sure that we knew all about our car and how to tv work everything. Meredith set up a time for Ryan to come out to our house (45 minutes) away we and hook up our garage and gate entry system. He also helped with other electronic details. Ryan was kind, patient, knowledgeable and thorough. We have never experienced this level of service buying anything.

Extremely thankful and happy to finally have my 911 home! Thanks to Kevin for all his help through the process. He was always available through the order and offered advice and was extremely responsive with any changes needed. The whole experience, while lengthy, was so much fun and I could not be happier.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Porsche North Scottsdale, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From arrival to pickup, the entire process reflected the precision and professionalism you would expect from Porsche. The facility is spotless, well-organized, and welcoming, creating confidence right away. My service advisor, Mark Williams, was outstanding. Mark was knowledgeable, transparent, and highly communicative throughout the maintenance process. He clearly explained the recommended services, answered all of my questions, and ensured I understood both the timeline and costs upfront—no surprises. His updates were timely and professional, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. What truly set Mark apart was his attention to detail and genuine care. He treated my vehicle with respect and took pride in making sure everything was completed to the highest standard. The work was finished on schedule, and my car was returned in immaculate condition. If you’re looking for exceptional service backed by professionalism and integrity, I highly recommend Porsche North Scottsdale—especially Mark Williams. It’s rare to find this level of customer care and technical excellence in one place.

I recently purchased a Cayenne S from Porsche North Scottsdale and had such an outstanding experience that I felt compelled to share it. From the moment I walked in — literally 10 minutes before closing — Ken greeted me with genuine kindness. Instead of rushing me out the door, he grabbed the keys, took me on a test drive, and patiently walked me through the car. I never felt pressured or hurried, and I knew right away I wanted to work with him. Throughout the entire process, Ken kept me updated. There were a few unavoidable shipping delays due to the hurricane, but he communicated clearly the whole time — even sending me a “sneak peek” photo when my car arrived in Arizona. The day I picked it up, the presentation was thoughtful and fun, and he took the time to go over everything with me. He even encouraged me to come back in a couple weeks if I wanted a refresher. Ten days later, he called just to check in and make sure I was happy — which says a lot about his level of care. Christian, who walked me through the warranties and paperwork, was equally helpful. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made what normally feels overwhelming feel easy and straightforward. Overall, the experience was professional, friendly, and truly enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend Porsche North Scottsdale — and especially Ken and Christian.
