I recently purchased a Cayenne S from Porsche North Scottsdale and had such an outstanding experience that I felt compelled to share it.
From the moment I walked in — literally 10 minutes before closing — Ken greeted me with genuine kindness. Instead of rushing me out the door, he grabbed the keys, took me on a test drive, and patiently walked me through the car. I never felt pressured or hurried, and I knew right away I wanted to work with him.
Throughout the entire process, Ken kept me updated. There were a few unavoidable shipping delays due to the hurricane, but he communicated clearly the whole time — even sending me a “sneak peek” photo when my car arrived in Arizona. The day I picked it up, the presentation was thoughtful and fun, and he took the time to go over everything with me. He even encouraged me to come back in a couple weeks if I wanted a refresher. Ten days later, he called just to check in and make sure I was happy — which says a lot about his level of care.
Christian, who walked me through the warranties and paperwork, was equally helpful. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made what normally feels overwhelming feel easy and straightforward.
Overall, the experience was professional, friendly, and truly enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend Porsche North Scottsdale — and especially Ken and Christian.
