After being involved in the automotive field for the last 40 years, I’ve gotten two dog on old to be able to work on my own vehicle. I called on Monday and asked if there was any way they could get me in in the next day or so when they did They figured out what the problem was. Got it fixed the next day not only did they drop me off at home. They came and picked me up. I appreciated Gary. You took care of me and I will be back. Thank you again.

This car repair shop is awesome! When I came in to get my oil changed, they looked at a lot of things in my car and let me know what my car status was. They were very polite and friendly, and they even gave my car a bath! You have got to check them out.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HEREI have my 2007 Jaguar told towed because it was badly overheating I got back to me a couple days later and told me it was the head gaskets the motor was shot I had a warranty but it's really cost me $2,000 out of my pocket so I had the car towed out of there to a friend's house and had a second opinion the motor was fine it was just a simple hose$150 it cost me the car is running great con artists and they take advantage of women totally do not bring your car there

I've brought multiple vehicles to Hi-Tech Car Care since 2020 and could not recommend them more for just about any type of automotive maintenance that you might need. Gary, Brandon, Rob, and anyone else who I have dealt with at this shop have always been incredibly honest, friendly, and straight-foward with me about what is going on with my vehicle(s) and offer a resolution with a very reasonable price tag. Finding an honest mechanic can be a seriously daunting task nowadays, so do yourself a favor and give Hi-Tech Car Care a shot.

I read about this place online and drove all the way from Globe for a few services . They came in under quote and also guarantee work which is nice. They did let me know some stuff that needed attention soon for preventative maintenance and will gladly drive the hour and a half to go back

If you're looking for an honest shop to bring your car for any repair or maintenance, then look no further. Jim and his team are absolutely incredible. We are always offered options for repair, without feeling pressured to do so. They also carry wonderful warranties on the work they provide. We bring our personal cars, our company vehicles and even my mom's vehicle to Hi Tech. I am always offered a ride if I do not want to wait for my car, which is above and beyond, but if you decide to wait, there is a clean and cozy waiting area with wifi, and refreshments. I highly recommend you give them a try next time you need any service on your vehicle.

Hi-Tech is hi quality. I own a 2008 BMW 335I. Out of nowhere my car started acting really funny and not performing or driving the way she should. I called Justin over at Hi-Tech and told him what was going on. He had my car in the shop the same day. The problems I was having was pretty extensive but he took care of all the issues in a reasonable amount of time at a decent price. When I got there I come to find out they are topshop last 6 years in a row or longer. I was very happy with their work and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs anything done involving their car. Thanks again Justin for taking care of me.

Are very honest. Took my van in to have a part I was told needed replacing and to have a rear wiper blade fixed. They fixed the wiper blade unit at a reasonable price and told me the other part didn’t need replacing. They could have replaced it and I wouldn’t have known the difference. A lot of places would have replaced it anyway. That’s why I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest repair shop.

I'm a new grandmother, and I needed a child safety seat installed for my granddaughter's upcoming visit. Hi-Tech Car Care is conveniently located and I was able to get an appointment immediately. Jim installed the new seat while showing me every step and clearly explaining how to install and why these steps were important. I learned more about child safety in that 45 minutes than I had ever known. I would urge ALL new parents, grandparents, caregivers and babysitters to utilize Hi-Tech Car Care for installation of all types of child safety seats, from infant to booster seats. Don't trust your child's safety to a You Tube video. This practical, patient, sensible instruction is a must! Thank you Jim.
