Very selfish and rude owner. He will try to hide the problems with his devices or cause more problems on your vehicle and take your money.WARNING DO NOT TRUST HIM.He only cares for your money. I was told that I can take in my car again if the car had the same issue after he worked on it, but he kept telling me that he was busy working with other car, however he was pushing it until the worrenty expired. He basically stole my money. He will lie a million lies trying to defend himself. He doesn’t have any proper records of what fixes he does or what the problem is with your car. He is not a mechanic, he will just work on what he thinks is the problem and will result in more issues for your vehicle.

I talked to Gilbert about getting an oil change and the price was lower than I could do it myself. They topped off all my fluids and showed me that my tire was bad. We were leaving for Laughlin the next day and doubt we could have made it there on that tire. Thank you Regent auto care, you saved me a lot of time and money.

My dad’s car needed a oil change and a tube up! I googled place near by and this came up. Great customer service and honest man. He didn’t up-sell me on anything and his prices were amazing! Took my car to get checked due to excessive steering wheel tremble and was complete satisfied with the service! The mechanic, who happened to be the owner, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and immediately knew how to fix the issue. He gave me a rough estimate and in less than 2 hours my car was fixed. The total price, including taxes, reflected the original estimate and the overall prices are extremely reasonable! I will never go to another mechanic ever again👍.
