Almost killed me on my way to work. DO NOT trust their drivers. They tailgate you and flip the bird as many times as they can a minute. If you are a customer, beware of their driving.

I ran over something in the road and it caused a flat tire. I came off freeway and Road Service was right there. They quickly repaired my tire, friendly people as I was lost too. Extremely helpful.

Way to pricy and rude better off finding someone on offer up. Basically $100 just to put in a call not including labor or anything. 1 used tire and installation, they wanted ~$200. Save your money

This company is a joke. Family member brought their car in and it came back with dents and scratches. The car still leaks. Charged for parts they never put on and when asked why the old part is still on there they say "oh its in the back!" (New parts).Why charge for something and not install it into the vehicle? Tried to ask to speak to the owner and the manager gave the run around. This company and its staff are a poor excuse of an auto mechanic shop. Please check the parts in your vehicle and make sure they put the new parts on that they charge you for.

Brain dead mechanics. Took my car to their shop only for them to let it rot outside for weeks, just so I could get it back and it was not fixed. So I took it back, just got it back again and it’s still not fixed for the second time. Takes them weeks to do nothing.

Full service shop that won't rip you off. Awesome staff. Suggest making appointment, earlier the better, they open @ 7am. Also sells new tires, flat repairs & alignments.

The one major problem I had was that the office staff had no idea where my car was in their multiple square mile tow yard. One of the tow truck drivers helped me locate my car... miles from their entrance and behind 3 other cars...other than that, having my car towed unexpectedly was a pleasant experience. Lol

Stopped in to ask about getting a flat repaired on our truck around the corner. We were told they’d give us a call in 2 hours, no one called. . . BUT, we walked back over because I knew they’d be closed soon and, I think it was the owner, bent over backwards to get our tire fixed. He was so nice and so were the two guys that helped us. We’ll for sure be coming back here if our truck needs service!

Extremely poor service. Was told truck would be done in one day. Eneded up being two days of loss revenue, did work that was not approvd to be done and final invoice was more than the estimate. Asked to speak to owner multiple times and he could not be bothered to get on the phone and go over the issues. If you have commercial vehicles I would suggest going else where! They talk a good talk but do not deliver!

Great customer service!!! They explain everything to you in a way you will understand, especially if you are like me. I know nothing about cars but they were very honest, understanding, thoughtful, & friendly. Another amazing trait amongst many is that their prices are amazing for those shopping around. Was in a tough situation getting a car out of the tow yard next door. The SUV had no spare or tire jack. Stopped in here and they helped me right away. Followed me to the vehicle, repaired my tire on the spot and didn't charge me a dime. It had been a rough emotional day for myself and my family and these guys were not only helpful but compassionate. Thanks again to Jose and Nathan, you guys showed some true human kindness.

Terrible Customer Service I called because my unit stopped working. I’ve used this company before for another business, so I trusted they would help. The person who answered the phone told me they were fully booked but scheduled me for the next day at 11 AM. He then asked me to text my vehicle information to his personal phone number, which already felt unprofessional. After sending the information, I never received any confirmation. The next morning I texted around 10 AM to confirm the appointment and didn’t get a response for about 30 minutes. When he finally replied, he asked what was wrong with the unit, even though I had already explained it the day before. When I called to confirm the appointment, he told me his technician wasn’t even at the shop yet and then said they wouldn’t be able to do the service after all. When I explained how frustrating this was, he hung up the phone on me. I asked to speak with a manager, and he said he was the manager. If that’s the case, I hope the owner is aware, because this is not the level of professionalism I experienced with this company in the past.
