I called this business on a Thursday evening at 7pm badly needing a brake job done for the coming weekend and luckily with the late night hours they are open got all brake work needed done and other parts and job needed to get me safely back on the road all within less than a couple hours thanks to Arthur and his other mechanic on site. I highly recommend this repair shop if you are in a bind in the Phoenix area and need repairs done after other shops are closed and or booked for several days. This truly sets this shop apart from the rest in that respect plus Arthur is very knowledgeable and friendly and willing to explain everything and answer any related questions you may have about future repairs needed as well. Thanks again guys.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! Had my car for 2 days, never told us what was wrong with it. Kept telling us he "thought" it was this or that but never figured it out. Told us it was fixed, we paid them and it's still has the same issue. Not to mention they would say they would contact us at one time then 4 hours later still nothing. Set pre arranged time to pick up the car had to take a ride share there to get the car and they weren't there! Waited an hour in the heat before they showed up and he showed up in an Uber saying sorry had to make some "runs". Super super sketchy!

This has been our family mechanic for well over 10 years. The Fix Auto Repair is trustworthy, has fair prices, and will get the job done to get you back otr again. My truck just overheated, Art had my car towed to his shop immediately to begin addressing the issue. I have so many stories over the years that I honestly dont know what we would do if not for the responsiveness of this mechanic shop. Once you get this type of service, you stay loyal. Best mechanic in town, been my mechanic 15 years. The only shop I take all my cars to for major repairs. #1 they will diagnose the problem correct and fix the right thing. #2 prices are fair for the service unlike the big shops that over charge #3 good people. Depending on how busy they are could take a day or so but that’s anywhere . 💯 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

Arthur replaced the clutch in my car, but damaged another part in the process and left bolts missing out of the transmission housing. The clutch failed again within 2 weeks. It cost me another $3000 to have the Ford mechanics re-do his repair and fix the new damage. They were horrified that he had allowed us to drive this vehicle cross-country for a move, as the transmission could have literally fallen out. Arthur denied any shoddy work and ghosted us after we sent him photos of the damage. Update as of January 2026: I took Arthur to court. The judge ruled in my favor and ordered Arthur/The Fix to reimburse me the $3000 I had to spend on fixing his “repairs”. It has been 6 months since and Arthur has still not paid the ordered judgment. Make of that what you will about his character and decide if you want to support such a person’s business. But for your own safety, please avoid this shop anyway!

DO NOT take your car here!!! I came with a crack on one side of my bumper. Arthur claimed he “fixed“ it. When I showed up my bumper was bolted on, and he covered the bolts with paint. In the process he also broke both my upper grill and lower grill. I was upset that this looked like a ghetto fix, but the work was already done, and there was nothing I could do. The bumper seemed to be on, so I thought it was fine. Within A couple days, the bumper began falling off and looking even worse than before. When I went to see Arthur to get it fixed, there were police and helicopters outside of his business. I took the bumper to someone else only to find out after taking the bumper off that he had also broken two of my headlight pieces and put zip ties on them to hold it together. Arthur’s integrity is not what I thought it would be. I am extremely disappointed to be paying 3x the amount to fix his repair job. The photo shows zip ties I never would have seen without taking it into a real shop

I took my car for a lifter change and they returned it to me with the burnt screen, burnt front lights and the ahire didn't work, they are scammers, they didn't want to take responsibility, don't go to that place

I made the mistake of being cheap and giving this place a chance. They kept my car for 30 days and didn't fix anything. I had to pay hundreds of dollars then had to tow my car out. This is a real post not fake, if you ignore this it's on you.

So I took my 2013 vw GLI (dsg transmission) in for routine service on transmission filter and fluid change as I would every 30-40k miles. Shop said they will handle it no issues. First impression cars are all parked in front undone and looked sketchy . Second off when they did my service on transmission filter they jacked up driver side one corner up and proceeded to drain it. They asked me to make a payment prior to even working on the car which was $220 so I payed that which was slight odd 2hrs later the service manager Arthur I believe his name is comes back and says sorry the parts costed more can you pay a extra $80 which was definitely not what we discussed but I still payed it. After 3-4hours of sitting there car was done. My car was stuck in limp mode the mechanics couldn’t figure out why there was an apprentice learning with another mechanic. They said it was due to my transmission probably already going on its way out which my vehicle only had 118k miles. So they didn’t offer a refund or anything to fix the issue to why the transmission wouldn’t engage any gear and stuck in 1st . I limped it home and took it to another shop next morning. The shop said the car had to be leveled to do this service which it wasn’t at fix auto it was on a jack they check level it was overfilled by 2qtz of transmission fluid and now car runs fine after going to a reputable shop. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one

Extremely great experience working with Arthur. I was dealing with the dealership that I purchased my car at, and they were trying to majorly upsell me. I found Arthur on a Sunday after not being able to find any other shops that were open. I was on my last resort I called him and he told me to show up did what he could today and I’ll be back on Wednesday for more service I will 100% recommend Arthur again great pricing great service and they care about your time.
