I’ve been coming to this FireStone for over 10 years now. They have always been a pleasure to do business with. It’s extremely easy to work with them whether it’s scheduled maintenance or even same day if it was available. I’ve always felt like I can trust them and they have never tried to take advantage of the fact I am clueless about cars by trying to sell me something I don’t actually need. I’ve never had anything but great experiences with the team here. 10/10 would recommend them.

I arrived and the worker who took my car didn’t listen to a word I said. When I asked them I needed new tires. He didn’t even take a look at the tires. He just did the basic oil change and that was about it. No other work was done. Clearly I needed new tires. I am so disappointed with this location. I hope you find better employees who want to make money for the company and isn’t lazy to check the vehicle. 😤

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Very low quality unprofessional workers! I'm a mechanic for 40 years, so what I say here is the truth, made an appointment to have two tires removed off and two put on rims already removed off the car , spoke to the service writer told him what I needed done he quoted me a price that was reasonable, I explained to him exactly what was to be done, so I went out of my way showed up the next day on my appointment and there was a different service writer as he informed me there would be but that he would leave the notes, so that service writer already knew what was to be done and on top of it he had an attitude, he says okay let me see these rims I already knew what that statement that he was going to back out of doing this job, so I showed him and he's immediately said we'll scratch these if we do it, and I said come on you're a tire shop Firestone you do aluminum rims all the time these are just basic 15 inch by 8 in standard aluminum wheels, so he basically just didn't want to do it, so I said to him thanks for wasting my time you know you could do this and he turned walking away with his back turn to me not saying a word! And I told him he was going to get a bad review! Furthermore while I was waiting to speak to him inside the office I was watching two of his other workers and they couldn't even get a boot cover for a shock on correctly, very very low quality workers, I ended up going over to Sonora tire at 19th avenue and cactus and they did a beautiful job real quick unfortunately it cost me a little bit more but that's the industry, Firestone corporation needs to take a look at this store and it's workers ,ignore that phony 4.0 star rating!

Vehicle to the Firestone another shop told me that it was gonna be the air conditioning compressor and the lead technician had the problem solved very quickly found that it was a leaking hose Greatly appreciate Todd and his team for resolving my issue very quickly and very budget friendly. The repair only was $50. This is my third time here Todd’s always taking care of me and my family’s car. Definitely recommend giving them the opportunity to get you honest opinion on the repairs.

This is my third time at this location. First time was great. Took about four hours. Second time was even better, took two hours. Today service was no where near quality customer service. I waited 8 hours for two tires fixes, and a oil change. Soon as I leave I had to come back because they forgot to turn off my maintenance soon light and put a new sticker for my next oil change. So now we have it. My car will be taking somewhere else with a reasonable time frame for service. I think that's fair.

First and foremost. I could have waited another 2 -3 weeks to replace my front tires. I thought the tires I purchased at Firestone would look nice for off brands. The look like used tires, they look awful. They fail to replace the tire caps on the tires. The tires took off my car on the outside looks better the tires replace. I have no desire to return to Firestone for any reason and will definitely not recommend. I purchased better tires at Walmart for my other car at a very reasonable price a year ago. The picture on far left the first picture the tires in front i purchased yesterday 4/12/2025. The other two pictures taken 4/11/25.

I have had to go to Firestone at the Metro Center location multiple times over the past several months. I have been driving a rental car while my car has been getting a major overhaul. On the 4 occasions that I have gone, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Todd. He goes above and beyond for his customers, and has taken care of the issues at hand quickly so that I could get to work on time. On the one visit that I was off for the day, the same thing applied so that I could enjoy my day off and not have to be without a car. His level of care for his customers goes above and beyond and he should be recognized for it. A shout of to Todd, and his entire staff, for the excellent standards they display!

i blew out my tire on a cerb and looked for tires near me to find this Firestone still open and about to close. Ethan at the front desk made sure to get me in for a tire replacement and tire pressure sensor after waiting about 10 minutes ethan then comes back to tell me some good news that Mike, the service technician dis a inspection of the tire and only recommended that the valve stem to be replaced amd the tire and sensor was still in working condition! I ended up saving about $200 thanks to their honesty Thanks!

Wheel alignment was fast. They kept interior of my older car clean. They had respect for my older car. Highly recommend! Car had recent struts and springs installed and that of of course changes the alignment. I purchased a lifetime alignment. They honored it! The manager was fair and they made sure I received a call to let me know when car was ready. Customer service and repair was 5 star.

Price out the door is extremely expensive for the talent available. Twenty minutes after handing over my truck keys I get a call from the manager telling me they can't complete the alignment because the rear cams were missing. The manager lead me to my truck on the alignment rack and 2 other "technicians" all telling me parts were missing. I literally pointed to the REAR of the control arm and the shiny new cams. One tech walked away, the other one told me he would do his best and the manager pointed to the sway bar control links telling me it was a lift kit and it would be more money. I initially thought he was joking, he wasn't. I had to explain what the part was and its function and it wasn't a lift kit. The only reason I gave a 2 and not a 1 is even though there's too much caster, the truck goes straight, no pull and so far no abnormal tire wear. I don't believe I would let them change my oil and filter. They're more interested in getting your money, even lie for it.
