They fixed several issues in my wife’s car quickly. They worked with me and only fixed what I wanted them to work on, and when there was an adjustment issue after the initial repair they brought it back in and corrected it for free. They even gave me a ride to and from the shop. Overall very good experience, I’d recommend them to anyone.

Timmy thank you so much for pencilling in my Toyota last week I know your a busy guy! My car is doing great thank you and all the extra you did for my car is very much appreciated. Timmy is very trustworthy. Take your car to Timmy he will take care of your car issues and not jerk you around about the things that need to be done on your vehicle he's honest and he is one of the only auto shops that doesn't overcharge you for labor or parts. Then we have Rachel his lady in the office I've known since she was 16 and she wouldn't stand behind Timmy if what I'm saying is not true. What are you waiting for give them a call now!

I went to Tim for a second opinion on our brakes and I am very glad I did! I had gone to our previous mechanic multiple times and they kept misdiagnosing the issue. Not only did Tim diagnose the problem correctly, he was also very helpful and honest. One of the things I appreciated the most was how much he educates you. He would take me back to update me and show me what the problem was and what needs to be done to fix it. His pricing was extremely reasonable and honest. You can tell he cares about his customers and will go above and beyond to help them. He has my trust and I will be returning to him for any future car repairs!

When I first called, I was lost and very confused about what my car needed. Tim took his time to explain what was happening with my car and welcomed me to a complementary diagnostic the next day! I arrived promptly at 8 am and the shop was open and he attended to my car immediately! I was blown away when he allowed me to take a look at my car's issues while on the lift. He took his time to explain what was causing the problem in terms that I understood. He went above and beyond by printing the estimate and explaining everything we just discussed. The cost was high only because of EVERYTHING that needed to be done- but he included work that other mechanics failed to explain or even offer at the same labor price! His price included the issue AND additional work to make sure I won't need to return for the same issue or similar issues in the same area again! He offered finance options and continued working on problems I didn't even go in for but I needed to pass emissions. He said the car would be ready by the end of the day, he spent his time and even worked OT to make sure I would have transportation the next day. To top it off.. the shop is very nice and the waiting room is extremely clean. I took my car in, in very rough shape and now it's running great! I had my dad's car serviced the next day. Tim, your honesty and dedication is very much appreciated. Thank you for blessing me with your big heart. I know others will continue to be blessed by you too!

My daughter lives in Phoenix and I am in Maine. When her car needs repair, Tim is the person I call.
