DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. The dude uses no basic troubleshooting to figure out your issue. Told me my car still has the same issue bc he failed to pop the hood. Only used the diagnostic tool and charged me an arm and a leg only so that my issue continues and after re reviewing turns out it’s something as simple as a a new battery. IF YOU DO USE HIM CONFIRM HES ACTUALLY GONNA OPEN THE HOOD.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY, he's a crook!!!!!!!!!! Had a engine light issue. Diagnosed was needed a new/used transmission. Went ahead and replaced transmission for around 3K. Engine light was gone and I drove off literally a mile when the light came on again. Went back to tell Luis and he claimed it was now my gas cap or dashboard computer system. Took car to dealership and said transmission was the issue. Will be placing a complaint with the BBB.

I drive an old car that’s racked up a lot of miles. Called ahead to see if I could get my car looked at. Phone was answered right away, which was wonderful because many auto shops don’t answer. Luis diagnosed my car and fixed my O2 sensor in under an hour. My car had trouble starting and Luis was able to look at the issue, give me an honest recommendation and replaced my crank sensor. As a woman who knows anything on cars, it was refreshing to have honesty. The pricing was also very reasonable and I plan to make this my go to shop.

I had a quote for work at a shop conveniently located to me that was really high. I took my vehicle to Luis’ on a recommendation and have been a loyal customer ever since, well over a year ago. They look for the issue you are bringing the vehicle in for, not an additional 20 things they can make money off of. They used to be 1/2 a mile from me, but are now a 20 minute drive and I continue to go to them due to the value and the service they provide. Highly recommended them!!!

Thank you so much for the absolute best customer service I have received in a long time. We were up from Tucson for our daughters surgery and stepped out to get over night supplies while surgery was under way. While out our passenger window got stuck in the down position. They fit us in immediately and got us back to the hospital before she was out of surgery. Thank you again Luis' auto repair. That's our van in the pic.

After a long day at work, I was looking for a shop to fix my car up. I only had 15 minutes left before most shops close and luckily I stumbled upon Luis’ shop. From the very beginning Luis was communicative and honest. Additionally, this was the very first shop I’ve ever been to because the thought and videos of not being able to trust mechanics because they either don’t know or will mess around with your car to have you back. Luis, from the very first moment, started off very knowledgeable and honest. Not only did my car go in with everything inside from colognes, personal belongings, important papers, and money, but everything came out the same way it went in! I took my car in on Friday afternoon, Luis contacted my warranty company Monday morning for me and got me ready by the afternoon. My car was done by Tuesday. Got my radiator, water pump, coolant reservoir and flush done. Honestly, it was extremely quick and work was well done! 2 weeks strong with my car and have luckily had no issues ever since, so I will have to say GREAT JOB. If you’ve ever had a bad mechanic shop experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to come to Luis to give this shop a try and have a great experience here. Thank you to Luis and his technicians for the honest work you have been providing.
